Creamy Tahini Tofu by @itsallgoodvegan ♥️ Tag a tofu-lover! Theyre made with only 8 ingredients and super easy! Served with some rice, edamame, avocado, and mushrooms. ⠀ -⠀ Get inspired daily: @food.fixation 📌⠀ -⠀ ⠀ Ingredients⠀ 2 packages or extra firm tofu, pressed. If you want to use one package that is fine. You will have extra sauce for drizzling ✨⠀ ¼ cup tahini⠀ 1 Tbsp sriracha (add more if you like it extra spicy)⠀ 2 tsp soy sauce or coconut amino⠀ 1 tsp agave or maple syrup⠀ 1 tsp rice wine vinegar⠀ 1 tsp garlic powder⠀ 2 Tbsp water (add 1 Tbsp to thin)⠀ 1 tsp neutral oil, I used spray oil (this is for the pan not the sauce)⠀ ⠀ Directions⠀ Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit (204 C).Spray a large pan with oil to help prevent sticking. You might need to use two pans since you are using two packages of tofu.Cut the pressed tofu into bite size cubes and evenly place on the prepared pan.Bake tofu for 20 minutes. Take out, flip, and bake again for an additional 20m a medium bowl combine the additional ingredients together and whisk.Take the baked tofu out and add it to the bowl and mix.Pair the tofu with your favorite grain and veggies. Får vi fresta med en lyxig kvarngrynspilaff – inspiration från mellanöstern! 🍽✨👌 4 portioner 🌾 Rostad pumpa • 1 hokkaido pumpa • 4 msk olivolja • 4 msk citronjuice • 2 msk lönnsirap • 1/2 tsk riven ingefära • 1 tsk salt & pepper 🌾 Kvarngrynspilaff • 2 msk smör • 3 dl okokt kvarngryn • 1/2 tsk kardemumma kärnor • 4 dl grönsaksbuljong • 1/2 tsk salt • 2 stjälkar svartkål, hackad • 2 msk citronsaft • 10 blad mynta, hackad • 100 g rostade hasselnötter, hackade 🌾 Tahiniyoghurt • 2 dl naturell yogurt • 2 msk tahini • 2 msk citronjuice • 1 msk lönnsirap 🌾 Gör såhär; Sätt ugnen på 200°C. Halvera pumpan (skalet kan ätas), skrapa ur kärnorna, skär i skivor och lägg på en bakplåt. Blanda ihop olja, citronjuice, lönnsirap, ingefära och salt till en marinad och häll hälften över pumpaskivorna. Vänd så alla bitar är täckta av dressing. Lemon Roasted Salmon with Sweet Potatoes INGREDIENTS: -2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed -sea salt + fresh black pepper -½ teaspoon cumin powder -a few tablespoons of olive oil -4 cups of broccolini (or broccoli florets) -12 ounces of wild-caught salmon filets -1 tablespoon butter -2 tablespoons lemon juice -¼ teaspoon garlic powder -⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes and/or fresh thyme (optional) INGREDIENTS: Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Arrange the diced sweet potatoes on one sheet pan and the broccolini on another sheet pan. Drizzle both with olive oil. Top the sweet potatoes with salt, pepper, and cumin, toss to combine. Toss the broccolini with the salt and pepper. Bake the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes, set broccolini aside. While the sweet potatoes are baking, prepare the salmon. In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper flakes, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds or until the butter melts. Line a small baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray. Place the salmon filets on top. Drizzle with the prepared lemon sauce. When the timer on the potatoes goes off, remove and toss. Place back in the oven along with the broccolini and salmon for 12-15 minutes. Check on the salmon and broccolini around the 8 minute mark. Salmon is done when firm to the touch. Baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the filet. Divide the veggies and salmon into containers and allow to cool slightly before refrigerating.
