Yes, if it’s your everyday profession… invest in nice camera gear to give your clients stellar content. BUT, it’s not completely necessary to be a successful content creator. Here are a few of our thoughts about it: 1. The photo above was taken with an iPhone… On the go, no time to set up the perfect “shot”, but it turned out great! 2. Iphones and smaller cameras sometimes force you to be more “creative”. As you are working on your photography skills, maybe try coming up with cool and unique angles, positioning, and ideas with a camera you already have. THAT is how you improve your skills. The fancy equipment is just the cherry on top once you’ve strengthened your creative eye. 3. More often than you think, a photo really “comes to life” and becomes a “wow” during the post editing process. With changed lighting, highlights, hues, saturations, and selective editing…. You can really make a bad photo look perfect. Hello Everyone !!! I thought it was time to share a little more about myself! ⁠⠀ I began my health and wellness studies online via the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest Nutrition school, based in New York City. Throughout my studies, I learned the importance of Bio-individuality and the notion that in order to reach one’s full potential, a ‘one size fits all’ approach to health and wellness is not effective or wholesome enough to create meaningful and sustainable changes to ones behaviour, habits and lifestyle. I have since completed my Bachelors degree in Food and Nutrition and am extremely passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellness. ⁠⠀ I have suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) as a result of poor gut health and chronic anxiety which has given me a vast knowledge and passion for Gut health and the Mind+Gut Connection. For years, I have worked tirelessly to nourish my gut and restore my health to a place I am proud of today. I am proud to share this knowledge with people in need also to help them on their way to healing their gut (second brain) and to ultimately experience optimal physical and mental wellness.
