I came out on the other side stronger then ever !! Jag vet vilka bilder som normen säger visar en frisk, ”snygg” och lycklig människa eftersom budskapet slank=snygg=må bra pumpas över oss på miljoner olika sätt. Den största upptäckten är att den ”sanningen” inte är sann. Jag vet också vilken bild som normen säger föreställer en osund, lat, äcklig människa. Det märkliga här är att verkligheten och normerna inte stämmer. Så många har berättat samma historia; de fick komplimanger o glada utrop om sitt utseende mitt under cancerbehandling, skilsmässa, depression, livskris, sjukdom, sorg. Och när de äntligen mådde bättre och kanske gick upp i vikt kom bekymrade blickarna, kommentarerna om hälsan. Jag var aldrig lyckligare, nöjdare eller kände mig sexigare eller åtråvärdare då jag vägde mindre än i dag. Det handlade aldrig om det! Bilder: (och mellan varje bild har jag gått upp och ner i vikt så det är INTE en ”viktlinje”): 1: Från 1999 (hårdbantad med points, fruktansvärt olycklig, på gränsen till utbränd och krisigt i förhållandet och som vi ju alla ändå vet: 98% av all jäkla bantning ”funkar” inte på sikt.), 2: 2016 (Rätt nyopererad och jätteledsen pga följder, pågående tarmsjukdom o dement mamma på det), 3: 2020 (frisk, fysiskt stark, finfin mage/tarm, rätt sliten, men aldrig suttit ihop mer som människa och kärlekslivet är helt ljuvligt.). Och nej jag är inte exhibitionist -jag har inget behov av att visa min kropp. Jag ANVÄNDER DEN för ett syfte. Jag tycker att det är lite jobbigt t o m. Jag är inte immun mot ett helt livs hjärntvätt. Nej-Jag VILL inte vara kroppsaktivist, det är en REAKTION på något som gör människor sjuka och olyckliga och som får människor att jaga efter fel saker. Jag hade gärna chillat o lämnat den här plätten på barrikaden men det går ju inte. Bara för att JAG klarar mig, har verktyg och har erövrat fast mark, slutar ju inte de skeva normerna skörda offer dagligen. O allt sitter ju ändå ihop; feminism, miljön (det är miljövänligt att inte kriga mot sig själv), genus...Jag håller platsen så fler ska kunna smita in. #stinasbildbetraktelser - @stinawollter on Instagram
