🔥Brain Train Tuesday🔥- Crush your anxiety FAST with Belly Box Breathing Before you get started, make sure that you’re seated upright in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. Try to be in a stress-free, quiet environment where you can focus on your breathing. Keeping your hands relaxed in your lap with your palms facing up, focus on your posture. You should be sitting up straight. This will help you take deep breaths. Step 1: Slowly exhale Sitting upright, slowly exhale through your mouth, getting all the oxygen out of your lungs. Focus on this intention and be conscious of what you’re doing. Step 2: Slowly inhale Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose to the count of four. In this step, count to four very slowly in your head.try Feel the air fill your lungs, one section at a time, until your lungs are completely full and the air moves into your abdomen. Step 3: Hold your breath Hold your breath for another slow count of four. Step 4: Exhale again Exhale through your mouth for the same slow count of four, expelling the air from your lungs and abdomen. Be conscious of the feeling of the air leaving your lungs. Jahrelanges Übergewicht ist nichts schönes Freunde, ich wurde jahrelang als Kind deswegen „gemobbt“ & kompensierte das mit Essen, irgendwann war Essen die Lösung für alles, die nötigen Endorphine kamen durchs Essen! Immer wenn was beschissenes in meinem Leben passiert ist, habe ich einfach gegessen, gegessen bis nichts mehr ging... & ja auch Jetzt bin ich noch lange nicht da wo ich sein möchte, dass Ergebnis hier habe ich in knapp 3 Wochen geschafft! Disziplin & Motivation sind hier der Schlüssel! Ich weiß wie hart es ist dranzubleiben, nichtmal ich selbst habe noch an mich geglaubt weil ich’s so oft schon versucht habe aber glaub mir wenn man es ein einziges Mal durchzieht ist man einfach glücklicher! Ich will einfach das kein anderer diesen Fehler macht... zumindest nicht in diesem Ausmaß wie ich.. Ich weiß das alles haben euch schon 100te Leute gesagt aber versucht einfach mal zu machen! Entscheidung für Entscheidung zum Ziel, Schritt für Schritt & Träne für Träne. Denn viele unterschätzen es einfach was man seinem Körper mit Übergewicht eigentlich antut... Der Post hier soll dazu dienen, andere mit einem ähnlichen Problem zu motivieren & nicht mich irgendwie positiv darzustellen, natürlich bin ich stolz auf meine Leistung, wer wäre das nicht ? BULK VS CUT which one have you personally struggled with the most? In high school, at 5‘7” and 126 lbs, your boy was tiny. It wasn’t flattering either, by only averaging 1600 (ish) calories a day, ya boy was skinny fat. What I’ve learned is that whichever phase you’re in, it HAS to be done intentionally. It was a slow cut (a 300 calorie deficit and consuming 2100 cal roughly). This bulk is the opposite, with a 300 calorie surplus (lean bulking with 2800-2900 calories). It’s been interesting to see how my body has responded to an increase in food. The gameplan is to get up to 175 lbs then cut 10 lbs. It’ll be fun for sure. - @eddygee on Instagram

The top LEFT photos is from day ONE January 2nd 2018 (106kg) and the others are my most recent RESULTS from a combination of @uk_arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living and @f45_training_ravenscourtpark Challenge 21. . I lost 2.6kg of body fat and went from 21.3% to 18.6% BFP! I didn’t hit my GOAL of 15% and 75kg but it’s only fired me up to keep going. . So it’s time to knuckle down; get the nutrition and training firing again and holding myself accountable on all fronts! . - One year exactly! 63 Male, 33, from 260 lbs to 193 lbs. Absolutely no secret: IF with about 1500 calories, 10k steps a day, 1 gallon of water daily, a small 15 minute full body workout daily, and now starting to run and wanting to incorporate lifting. I also havent cut my hair in that year. Haha.

- 1 year and 3 months ago I told myself I would never look that again. It’s been 45 pounds later and it’s been such a long time since I’ve been this happy with how I look. (SW:230 CW:190 GW:150)
- M/29/60. SW:230ish CW:175. Hit 150 days of IF today, usually between 16-19 hours of fasting, limiting my carbs, and regular lifting and cardio thrown in there too.
- SW: 265 CW: 156. Intermittent fasting mixed with Keto and cardio for an hour a day. Pictures are only 5 months apart!
- Intermittent fasting and gym have made me feel better than I have in a long time! (33 lbs lost)
