చిలుకూరి నారాయ‌ణ‌రావు ద‌త్త‌మండ‌లాలుగా ఉన్న నాలుగు ( కర్నూలు, కడప, అనంతపురం, చిత్తూరు) జిల్లాల‌కు “రాయ‌ల‌సీమ” అని నామ‌క‌ర‌ణం చేసిన వ్య‌క్తి రాయలసీమ విజయనగర సామ్రాజ్యంలో భాగాంగా శ్రీ కృష్ణదేవ రాయలచే పరిపాలించబడింది. అదేవిదంగా కాకతీయ, ముసునూరి వారసులైన పెమ్మసాని, రావెళ్ళ, మిక్కిలినేని, సాయపనేని కమ్మనాయక రాజులు రాయలసీమ ప్రాంతని పరిపాలించారు. అది వరకూ తూర్పు చాళుక్యుల పరిపాలనా కేంద్రంగా హిరణ్యక రాష్ట్రంగా ఈ ప్రాంతం విలసిల్లినది. తర్వాత రాయలసీమ పై చోళుల ప్రభావం పెరిగింది. బ్రిటీషు వారి సహకారాన్ని పలు యుద్ధాలలో పొందిన హైదరాబాదుకి చెందిన నిజాం సుల్తానులు 1802 లో ఈ ప్రాంతాన్ని వారికి ధారాదత్తం చేయటంతో దీనికి దత్త మండలం అని పేరు వచ్చింది. 1808 లో దత్త మండలం ను విభజించి బళ్ళారి, కడప జిల్లాలని ఏర్పరచారు. 1882 లో అనంతపురంను బళ్ళారి నుండి వేరు చేశారు. ఈ ప్రాంతానికి 1928లో చిలుకూరి నారాయణరావు రాయలసీమ అని పేరుపెట్టాడు. అప్పటినుండి ఆ పేరే స్థిరపడినది. Berdasarkan keterangan pihak berwenang setempat, wanita itu sebelumnya diduga menjadi korban pemerkosaan ramai-ramai oleh para pria dari kasta atas. Pihak berwenang mengatakan wanita itu juga dicekik oleh pria-pria tersebut. Inspektur Polisi distrik, Vikrant Vir mengatakan dalam sebuah pernyataan di Twitter bahwa insiden itu terjadi pada 14 September 2020. Seperti dikutip dari CNN, korban pertama kali dirawat di rumah sakit wilayah Uttar Pradesh, namun karena keadaannya semakin parah maka harus dipindahkan ke New Delhi yang memiliki peralatan kesehatan lebih lengkap. Empat pria telah ditangkap pihak kepolisian atas insiden itu. Mereka didakwa melakukan pemerkosaan dan pembunuhan. Penyelidikan lebih lanjut masih terus dilakukan. Keempat pria tersebut berasal dari kasta atas dan juga telah didakwa berdasarkan hukum karena kejahatan terhadap minoritas. Para advokat untuk persamaan hak bagi Dalit mengadakan rapat umum kecil di luar rumah sakit Delhi tempat wanita itu dirawat pada hari Senin. Pemimpin kelompok tersebut, Chandrashekhar Azad berkicau di akun twitternya bahwa dia dan keluarga wanita tersebut sedang melakukan protes di luar rumah sakit. * sound on * Ive been itching to do a series on the countless artists that have contributed to the Hindi music scene, and I chose to begin the series with one of my favourite composers, Khayyam saab. The genius behind iconic songs like Aaja Re Mere Dilbar, Dikhai Diye Yun and Ae Dil-e-Nadan. These songs are just a few of the many gems this legend has composed, and through this post, I hope to take you through his journey and legacy as a musician. In Umrao Jaans director Muzzafar Alis words, Khayyam saab was a storehouse of feelings, emotions and music, and that translated into every work of his. Few people can boast of a career filled with hit after hit, and that leaves your soul yearning for more. A few weeks ago, I had shared a story about how distinct Khayyam saabs music is, and whilst I write this, I realise that albeit distinct, every composition had a striking difference in them. I cant point my finger to what it is in particular, but if you listen to his work intently, you will understand what I mean. I hope this post gives you a closer look into Khayyam saab and his magic. Sistem Tanam Paksa adalah peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh Gubernur Jenderal Johannes van den Bosch yang ke 43.ia memerintah pada tahun 1830-1870 Pada masa pemerintahannya Tanam Paksa (Cultuurstelsel) mulai direalisasi, setelah sebelumnya hanya merupakan konsep kajian yang dibuat untuk menambah kas pemerintah kolonial maupun negara induk Belanda yang kehabisan dana karena peperangan di Eropa maupun daerah koloni (terutama di Jawa dan Pulau Sumatra). Aturan sistem tanam paksa Setiap penduduk wajib menyerahkan seperlima dari lahan ditanami tanaman wajib yang berkualitas ekspor, Hasil panen tanaman wajib harus diserahkan kepada pemerintah kolonial. Setiap kelebihan hasil panen dari jumlah pajak yang harus dibayarkan kembali kepada rakyat.Mereka yang tidak memiliki tanah, wajib bekerja selama 66 hari atau seperlima tahun di perkebunan pemerintahJika terjadi kerusakan atau kegagalan panen menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah (jika bukan akibat kesalahan petani). Pelaksanaan tanam paksa Jatah tanah untuk tanaman ekspor melebihi seperlima tanah garapan, apalagi tanahnya subur,Rakyat tidak memiliki tanah harus bekerja melebihi 1/5 tahun.Waktu pelaksanaan tanaman ternyata melebihi waktu tanam padi (tiga bulan) sebab tanaman-tanaman perke­bunan memerlukan perawatan yang terus-menerus.Kegagalan panen tanaman wajib menjadi tanggung jawab rakyat/petani. • • • Apabila perkawinan ini dimulai pada awwal rasi Libra (oktober) maka akan menghasilkan panen buah kurma pada saat rasi pisces (maret). Seperti diisayaratkan وأينعت الثمار وأدنى الشجر للجاني جناه Maka dapat diketahui bahwa panen kurma terjadi pada bulan maret. Dan Nabi Muhammad dilahirkan pada tanggal 20 April 570 M, yang berarti telah adanya panen raya. Hal inilah yang sering disampaikan Hadlrotusy Syaikh Maimoen Zubair: “Titeni yo cung, angger wulan april kok nyekel duwit, alamat setahun nggowo duwit, iki ora ono kitabe tapi keno gawe titenan”. (ingatlah nak, apabila bulan april mempunyai uang, alamat satu tahun mempunyai uang, hal ini memang tidak terdapat dalam kitab, akan tetapi bisa untuk pengingat). Mengapa bulan April mempunyai uang? Hal itu karena telah terjadi panen pada bulan maret, dan pada bulan april telah mendapatkan keuntungan panen sehingga mempunyai pemasukan untuk tahun berikutnya. Karena itu, apabila pada bulan april usahakan tidak ada hutang, karena sudah ada hasil dari panen tersebut. Dapat diketahui bahwa umur kandungan nabi didominasi oleh musim penghujan (sekitar enam bulan), Yaitu Akhir september, Oktober, November, Desember, Januari, Februari, Maret. Sedangkan Awwal  bulan September dan Awwal bulan april merupakan musim yang kurang adanya hujan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Nabi membawa risalah yang berpokok pada ilmu yang diisaratkan sebagai air yang menumbuhkan seperti tersirat dalam ayat: ألم تر أن الله أنزل من السماء ماء فأخرجنا به ثمرات dan sumber kehidupan: وجعلنا من الماء كل شيء حي Bahkan ayat pertama yang diturunkan merupakan ayat yang menunjukkan kemulyaan ilmu: الذي علم بالقلم علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم Karena itu, marilah kita pelajari ilmu agama yang merupakan salah satu tiang dalam agama, karena ilmu agama merupakan satu-satunya tiang yang masih kokoh, sedangkan jihad pada waktu sekarang sudah sangat sulit untuk dilakukan. Dua hal ini seperti dikatakan dalam satu ayat: وما كان المؤمنون لينفروا كافة فلولا نفر من كل فرقة منهم طائفة ليتفقهوا في الدين ولينذروا قومهم إذا رجعوا إليهم لعلهم يحذرون. Semoga bermanfaat. 11th September 1893: Swami Vivekananda Delivers his First Speech in the Parliament of the Worlds Religions in Chicago  On 11th September 1893 Swami Vivekananda, a famous Hindu monk delivered his first speech in the Parliament of the Worlds Religions in Chicago. Swami Vivekananda was a wandering Hindu monk who was the most prominent disciple of Ramakrishna, a well known 19th century saint. Vivekananda is remembered as one of the key people who introduced Indian philosophies such as Vedanta and Yoga to the West. He is also responsible for awakening Hinduism in India, while also assisting the idea of Nationalism in British India. Swami Vivekananda has also established the Ramakrishna Mission and the Ramakrishna Math. Born Narendra Nath Datta on 12th January 1863, to an influential family in Kolkata, from a young age Vivekananda displayed an inclination towards spirituality. One of the major influences on his life was his guru Ramakrishna who taught him that all living beings are manifestations of the Divine and hence service to mankind is ultimately service to God. Following the death of his Guru Ramakrishna, Vivekananda began a tour of India and eventually studied the conditions prevalent in Colonial India. Later, Vivekananda travelled around the world to the United States, England and other parts of Europe and delivered lectures, both public and private, sharing the basic principles of Hinduism with the West. One of Vivekananda’s most memorable speeches was at the Parliament of the World Religions in Chicago in 1893 where he introduced India and Hinduism to the West. Even though Swami Vivekananda was initially nervous of addressing the large international gathering of seven thousand people, he bowed to Saraswati and began his speech by addressing all the gathered as “Sisters and brothers of America”. Upon uttering these words, Vivekananda received a two minute standing ovation from the crowd. He began his speech by greeting the youngest nation on behalf of “the most ancient order of monks in the world, the Vedic order of sannyasins, a religion which has taught the world both tolerance and universal acceptance. We remember The Rebel Poet, Kazi Nazrul Islam (24 May 1899 - 29 August 1976), whose contributions to literature and social justice are perhaps unparalleled in the Bengali language. Sample a section of this fiery deposition he made to a magistrate who had booked him for sedition: I am a poet; I have been sent by God to express the unexpressed, to portray the unportrayed. It is God who is heard through the voice of the poet. My voice is but a medium for Truth, the message of God. To legal sophistry that message may appear to be mere sedition, but to Justice it is neither unjust nor untrue. One was a Congress member, the other a Communist and the third one was the founder of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, the country’s #1 labour union, an affiliate of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Shri Dattopant Thengadi. He was a Pracharak of the highest calibre who had also founded Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and was part of the initial brainstorming group of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh. Here we present our New post series Know about Maharajas of Bikaner | Rao Bika ( राव बिका; 5 August 1438 – 17 June 1504), was the founder of the city and principality of Bikaner in present-day Rajasthan. He was a scion of the Rathore clan of Rajputs. He was a son of Rao Jodha, founder of the city and principality of Jodhpur. | About 1465, provoked by a stray comment by his father, Rao Bika left Marwar (Jodhpur) to create his own kingdom. Rao Jodha supported Bika in his endeavours in return for which he made a promise to Rao Jodha never try to take the throne of Marwar. Some valuable family heirlooms which would legitimize his right to found a kingdom were promised to Bika. He left Marwar accompanied by his uncle, Rao Kandhal, who provided politico-strategic advice and a small contingent of Rathore warriors (500 soldiers and 100 cavalrymen). Rawat Kandhal was the lord of Chachabad (in the present day Rajasthan state of India) . | During his travels Bika stopped at Deshnoke where he consulted the mystic Karni Mata. She gave him her blessings and prophesied that he would be successful. Encouraged by her support Bika took advantage of the internal rivalries of the Jat clans to carve out his own territory in the Jangladesh region of Rajasthan and by 1485 build a small fort called Rati Ghati at the site of the city which today bears his name. | In 1488 he began the building of the city itself. In the beginning the neighbouring Bhati chiefs were suspicious of the new growing power in their vicinity. Karni Mata, who had become the kuladevi of Rao Bika, brought the rivalry between the Rathore and Bhatis to an end by inspiring Rao Shekha, the powerful Bhati chief of Pugal, to give the hand of his daughter in marriage to Rao Bika. | Upon Rao Jodhas death in 1488 Rao Bika attempted to claim the heirlooms promised him, only for his brothers to refuse his request. In a surprise attack he stormed Mehrangarh Fort but left his brothers unharmed and departed with only the promised heirlooms (among which were a sandalwood ’Pugal’ throne, a royal umbrella, a sword and a horse of divine origin) . #repost @fully_defence_ Major Cardozo, who had gone to help the BSF commander in charge of the count, met with an accident that would change his life forever—he stepped on a landmine, and lost most of his leg in the resulting blast. A part of his leg which had remained attached to his body, could not be amputated surgically because due to the extensive war wreckage, no form of medical anaesthesia or surgical equipment was available. There was no time to waste, so he asked the doctor on duty to cut off the leg. Due to the lack of equipment, the doctor refused to perform the task, which prompted the Major to order his sahayak (orderly) to amputate his leg with his own khukri. When he too refused, Cardozo cut it off himself and dispassionately said, “Now go and bury it.” . We came back in the evening to Baba’s hut for the evening feast. Today about 80 people came - most of them homeless monks. A number of them were differently-abled: lost limbs, wheelchair-bound, and so forth. It was so beautiful to hear them sing kirtan before the meal, and it was so powerful when everyone lined up and you could see just how many people were being served. For many of them, this might be their only meal of the day. Although Baba and his kitchen helpers received masks and were wearing them earlier in the day, they aren’t used to wearing them in front of the hot cooking fire. We will speak to them about the purpose of masks and how to best utilise them tomorrow. They also attempted to enforce social distancing. It could use some work but they did make a conscious effort. When his loan was approved early, Shastri told the bank, The common man should have the same privilege. He died at Tashkent in 1966 before he could repay the loan. The Bank wrote to his widow Lalita Shastri for repayment of the loan of Rs 5,000 which her husband owed. The lady promised to pay back in instalments from her family pension. She repaid every Rupee of the Rs 5,000.The fiat car still stands at his home, reminding of the era of a different breed of men. Incidently, when his son was given an out of turn promotion by a department, Shastri immediately had it reversed. When Shastri filled the form for admission of his son to St Stephens college, in the column about himself he wrote, Government Servant. During his Prime Ministership, his son once stood in line with other unemployed to register for a job at the Employment Exchange. The clerk enquired as to what was his father. The son replied, Prime Minister of India. Lal Bahadur was a strong man. When Pakistan sent infiltrators in Kashmir, he said in his speech from the Red Fort; हम ईंट का जवाब पत्थर से देंगे (Hum eent ka jawab pathar se denge) General Ayub told his generals, यह छोटा क्या करेगा? Da quel giorno rimase sempre a Comiso pregando per la pace e portando avanti il progetto di una grande Pagoda che riuscì ad inaugurare nel 1997. Si tratta di una costruzione interamente bianca molto suggestiva, è alta ben 16 metri ed ha un diametro di 15. Sulla cima svetta una grande cupola sormontata da un pinnacolo.
