When I was an angsty teen, he once asked me why I listened to music that made me sad. He told me that he preferred music that made him happy and that he could dance to. His reference at the time was Jamiroquai. I bought him a Jamiroquai album for his birthday that year. He died years later. The day after he died, I found the Jamiroquai CD in the CD player at home. -Só gente idiota acredita nessas lei da atração Eu tinha no meu mural de fotos que eram os sonhos que eu queria realizar: Time Square em Nova York (Era um dos maiores sonhos, por isso essa cara de criança na foto), Paris, Barcelona, Londres, a foto do carro dos meus sonhos, uma foto de um palestrante falando pra muita gente... Essas fotos ficaram uns 2 anos no meu mural e eu lembro até hoje quando uma pessoa entrou no meu quarto e falou aquilo ali em cima. Na real eu sempre tive uma coisa na minha cabeça, eu não sei como mas eu vou conseguir tudo isso ai. Ahhhhh o Wagner sonhador que vive no mundo da lua... Então eu toda dia passeava mentalmente por aqueles lugares. Eu escuto até hoje muita gente tacar o pau nessa história de visualizar seus sonhos, ter um mural com fotos, que isso é tudo balela... Minha opinião é: Sentar e ficar imaginando as coisas não vão realmente me fazer realizar NADA! Mas sentar todo dia e visualizar as coisas que eu quero me colocam na vibração/energia/sintonia pra ir buscar. E tudo que parecia tão longe um dia, PRINCIPALMENTE por dificuldade financeira, foi se tornando realidade. Eu não sei o que vc sonha, mas cara eu vou te dizer uma parada, JÁ É SEU, VAI BUSCAR! My first trip to Antarctica was in 2016 - not only was it a mind blowing trip for me but also a really influential time in my life looking back. ⁠ ⁠ This was shortly after I’d decided against pursuing a career in finance. In this limbo period, I found myself in this surreal landscape pondering all of the big questions in life. ⁠ ⁠ Out of the many insights that came from that trip, one was that I have always felt an intrinsic sense of meaning when spending time in nature. It has always been time well spent and when I look back on those memories there is never a question in my mind about what I could rather have been doing - the aim became simple, to seek out more of those experiences. - @sean_viljoen on Instagram

And I’m backkkk...last time I went hiking porter jerked her leash causing the corner of my car door to slam into my face right above my eye (really lucky I’m not shorter) this resulted in a severe concussion that took forever to heal from. I haven’t been back since (been over a year) because of the recovery and also being completely terrified. I finally sucked it up faced my fears and hit the trails again yesterday and it was amazing! Beautiful crisp clear day, not crowded, nice people and time to unplug and get some serenity. Plus alway got to hit up a cool food/beer spot after. Not much more you could ask for. Words and photos can’t describe what an unbelievably special 12 hours I have just experienced. Was lucky enough to see the northern lights then snowmobiled 50km through white out conditions to go surf in Iceland while it snowed with seals swimming by me, then we super 4 wheel drove to a mountain to snowboard. The forecast was for clear weather but the wind wasn’t predicted. Having been here a few times before, I knew there was a chance it could be windy..but this morning was the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived 2 hours early for sunrise and @victoriarosesheridan says “‘maybe we could find a tree to hide behind” we laughed, we looked around and we were in open flat barren land with nothing but a bit flax and shrub. We found a little wet shrub that was on a small hill to hide behind that blocked us from the wind and we stayed, adamant that we were going to see the sunrise here ☀️ We just sat there laughing at the state we were in and how we could barely move let alone even shoot because as soon as we got our hands out of our gloves they wouldn’t function from being so cold. 3 times and I’ve still not seen upper Tama Lakes, maybe a winter trip will be nicer to me 😂 📸: @victoriarosevisuals - @rachellejane on Instagram
