Что такое модельные тесты и для чего они нужны? ⠀ Иногда я объявляю о тестовой съёмке. Спустя час директ завален вопросами: Что это? Съёмка-знакомство? Нужно пройти тестирование? Пробы в модели? ⠀ Нет. Тест-драйв для модели? Почти) ⠀ Модельные тесты — это набор фотографий, показывающих уровень позирования и преимущества модели перед другими. ⠀ Полный тест состоит из 3-4 образов, может включать снэпшоты: ⠀ 📍Первый образ подчёркивает фигуру и внешность модели. Одежда ограничивается джинсами и белым топом или футболкой. На ногах — туфли бежевого или чёрного цвета, иногда модель может быть босиком. ⠀ 📍Далее образы составляются с учётом особенностей модели. Одежда любая, но однотонная и без отвлекающих деталей. Задача: показать модель в разных амплуа. ⠀ Я очень люблю снимать тесты в максимально открытых или облегающих образах, и это будет особенно уместным, если ты планируешь работать с брендами белья. ⠀ 📍Снэпшоты — это комплект снимков в нескольких ракурсах. Эти кадры показывают внешность модели без мейка, укладки и красочной одежды. Благодаря снэпам заказчик может оценить реальные параметры тела и лица модели. ⠀ Модельный тест — обязательная часть арсенала модели. Его необходимо обновлять, если ты похудела или поправилась, сделала стрижку или окрашивание. Receita de Verão: Massa Fresca de Bacalhau da Noruega Ingredientes: - 2 lombos de Bacalhau da Noruega devidamente demolhados - 500 g de tomate - 1 pimento verde - 2 dentes de alho - Azeite - Sal - Manjericão ou orégãos frescos - Massinhas (cotovelos ou outro tipo) - Queijo de Nisa bem curado ou Parmigiano 1- Coza o Bacalhau da Noruega demolhado e tempere com uma pitada de sal; 2- Pique os 2 dentes de alho, metade da quantidade de tomate necessária e metade de um pimento verde e junte tudo num recipiente com um pouco de azeite e de sal; 3- Triture o resto do tomate na varinha mágica e utilize um pouco da água da cozedura do bacalhau e junte tudo ao recipiente; 4-Envolva o molho com o resto dos ingredientes e junte os orégãos ou o manjericão; 5- Escorra o Bacalhau da Noruega e utilize a mesma água onde cozeu o bacalhau para cozer as massinhas; 6-Lasque o Bacalhau da Noruega; 7- Misture as lascas do Bacalhau da Noruega no molho de tomate; 8- Junte as massinhas ao recipiente e envolva todos os ingredientes; 9-Coloque um pouco de queijo. #seafoodfromnorway #bacalhaudanoruega #embaixadores - @bacalhaudanoruegaportugal on Instagram

EM QUE PONTO VOCÊ ESTÁ DA SUA CAMINHADA? Quando penso na minha vida profissional, imagino uma longa escada com degraus que me levam cada vez mais longe. Quando estamos no início da subida, olhar para cima pode ser angustiante: será que eu vou conseguir? - Mas é nessas horas que precisamos respirar fundo e dar um passo de cada vez. 🔸🏃🏼♀️ O primeiro degrau que me levou para um patamar mais alto na minha caminhada foi a entrada para a Residência em Cirurgia Bucomaxilofacial na UERJ. Já contei aqui como essa etapa foi desafiadora. Precisei de muita determinação. Enfrentei uma cidade nova, bem maior que a minha, e onde precisei assumir responsabilidades que até então eu não tinha. Mas deu tudo certo: entrei para o serviço de residência mais concorrido do Brasil, fiz grandes amigos e tive muitas oportunidades que alavancaram minha carreira profissional. 🔸🏃🏼♀️🔸 Mais tarde, outra mudança não deixou que eu me acomodasse: por conta da saúde da minha mãe, voltei a viver em Vitória, onde tive que refazer todos os meus contatos profissionais e recomeçar do zero. Além disso, estava no meio do meu doutorado! Mas venci mais essa etapa. 🏃🏼♀️🔸🏃🏼♀️🔸🏃🏼♀️ Outro momento marcante foi me tornar professora da UFES. Sempre amei o magistério e durante muitos anos ensinei em algumas universidades que foram muito importantes para mim, mas meu grande sonho, desde os tempo de monitora, era exercer o magistério em uma Universidade Federal. Só que não foi simples: os concursos demoram muito a abrir e, quando abrem, as vagas são limitadíssimas. É impossível!!! – diziam. Mas, contrariando todas as previsões, eu consegui. E subi mais um importante degrau na minha carreira. 🔸👉🏼Hoje, de onde estou, olho para trás e sinto muito orgulho por tudo o que eu vivi. Se eu já cheguei aonde eu quero? Não, ainda não... porque o degrau final é o fim da vida, é quando não se pode mais seguir. E eu ainda tenho muitos sonhos e projetos. E penso que, enquanto houver vida e saúde, devemos continuar subindo: mirando os degraus mais altos e desejando chegar cada vez mais longe, sempre. 🙏🏼❤️😘 - @dramarthasalim on Instagram

Мы перешиваем second hand? ⠀ Нам очень важен ваш фидбек то, что вам откликается в нашем бренде и как вы его видите🤍 ⠀ Концепция нашего бренда, не совсем простая и достаточно спорная, поэтому узнав, что среди наших клиентов существует такое мнение, мы решили, что хотим посвятить этому пост и поговорить об этом с вами подробнее. ⠀ Первое: наш материал для будущих изделий действительно б/у или сток, то есть он был сшит ранее, но это не значит, что эти вещи носились много лет подряд и теперь оказались в вашем гардеробе. ⠀ Многие костюмы и пиджаки попадают к нам абсолютно новыми, так как огромные размеры зачастую остаются ненужными. ⠀ Мы делаем очень проработанную селекцию нашего материала, отбираем его по всему миру и максимально стараемся воссоздать эффект новой вещи. ⠀ Всегда используем химчистку, а при необходимости и реставрацию (чаще всего фурнитуры). Также бывали случаи, когда требовалась замена подклада, но зато верх был в идеальном состоянии и хотелось сохранить вещь для дальнейшего использования, ведь в этом и есть миссия бренда. ⠀ Второе: наш продукт не массового потребления и вряд ли им станет, потому как, каждое наше изделие в единственном экземпляре и не может повториться, потому что это в прямом смысле слова — невозможно. ⠀ Расскажите нам, что вы думаете о концепции использования вторсырья для создания изделий? ⠀ Важнее ли эмоция от покупки больше осознанного потребления ? Eu tinha me prometido que não faria textão, mas meu coração tá mandando eu ao menos tentar organizar essas emoções digitando. Bom, eu resolvi fazer uma grande mudança na minha vida ao lado do meu amor @diegobordi, hoje nos mudamos pra São Paulo, com passagem só de ida e sinto que eu preciso agradecer aqui algumas pessoas por terem me apoiado e me incentivado a ir atrás dos meus sonhos. Vai ser difícil lembrar de todo mundo, mas vou comentando alguns nomes conforme lembro, que foram essenciais na minha jornada, de qualquer forma, todo mundo que já esteve comigo em produção, eu agradeço muito por dividir o espaço de aprendizado e evolução comigo. Eu sou muito sortuda e abençoada por ter ao meu lado uma família tão incrível, meus pais maravilhosos que estão sempre ao meu lado! Meus irmãos, o meu suporte, junto com meus amigos que nunca me abandonam. Preciso agradecer as profes de moda e de fotografia que além de ensinarem muito sobre esse segmento, acreditarem no meu trabalho como maquiadora e Stylist e me indicaram clientes! E obviamente a todas as empresas que me deram oportunidade de acrescentar meu trabalho as suas campanhas. E os valiosos amigos que a profissão me deu! Meus amigos fotógrafos, filmakers, meus assistentes (corajosos, por aguentar minha personalidade!), ao maravilhoso Deiwi, que topou dividir comigo as funções e responsabilidades, um amigo cheio de talentos que sei que vai longe!! Aos modelos, que me emprestaram seus rostos e corpos como tela, as agências de publicidade e de modelos, as lojas que sempre me fizeram demonstras - às vezes quilométricas, e me atenderam sempre com muita atenção e carinho (fui tão bem atendida que sou cliente e amo essas lojas!). E por último mas não menos importante, quero agradecer ao meu amor, Diego, que me incentiva e apoia sempre! Sei que essa nova etapa será transformadora pra nós dois! Enfim, sinto que não é um adeus, mas sim um até logo Caxias, agora vou focar na minha maior paixão, a beleza para editoriais de moda, publicidade e filmes, vamos ver no que dá!
