- After my first post I worked out how to do the correct knit stitch (the German style) but I almost gave up with trying to get all stitched looking knit stitch - until I found a video explaining that one has to knit one row knit stitch and one row purl stitch 🤦🏼♀️

- It took 5 weeks, but I’ve finished the Stephen West Jigshawl pattern and it was a great intro into shawl knitting. Through this project, I marled yarn together, I was able to knit pieces together and I learned an I-cord bind off. Overall, pretty happy, even if it’s a bit lopsided. Knitting rules!
