For those whove started following us recently, thought it might be a good time to re-introduce ourselves 🙂 We started our interest in cocktails bartending in our teens and have since grown an organic network of followers and contacts in the drinks industry through our channel. DrinkingTwins started after getting the usual twin questions when we would meet for a drink and getting reputations as barflys when people would mistake one of us for the other (cue hugging strangers who think we were the other one). Yoooo Wassup yall,I thought to post something that is not a video of me playing guitar or something of that sort and show something a little different,and its about an amazing New Delhi Based band @krakenfam . // So I found out bout Kraken around 3 years back while searching for Indian Progressive rock bands on YouTube and stumbled across a guitar playthrough of one of the songs by them,one watch & listen left me quite amazed by the fact that there is such an incredible progressive rock band in India,I found them on Instagram and gave a follow without even thinking twice.I checked out every band member,and their guitarist @moseskoul really caught my ear and eye,he has a very unique way of approaching guitar riffs and has a very fresh and unique sounding phrasing as well as composition. Back when I heard @krakenfam for the first time and was left all amazed,that was the time I discovered about how jazz chords and the approach that is used in jazz can be used in writing music like this and creating something really unique. \\ Kraken is doing an amazing job of blending the hip-hop,rock and classic jazz(idk if they really thought bout this,but I always hear that and have found that quite amazing) sounds and delivering it to an amazing constantly growing fanbase of their. Btw,these guys did a Cosplay tour,they are first ever band to do a Cosplay tour and I am really glad I could watch them live on that tour,what an amazing experience it was. Cant wait for their next album! Ее хватает на 1-2 тренировки, встречи, пробежки... поэтому она не работает. . Мотивации на старте нет, она появляется тогда, когда ты видишь первые результаты: появившийся второй кубик на животе, первые деньги с нового дела, уменьшение талии и т.п. . Дисциплина - вот первая ступень твоей ракеты, которая тратит 80% всей силы воли для отрыва от земли. . В декабре я начал заниматься 🏊♂️плаванием и регулярно 2-3 раза в неделю ходил в бассейн на тренировки. И никакого ощутимого результата за этот месяц я не видел! . Сначала у меня был энтузиазм: «Ого, я ничего не умею, мне столько нужно научиться, будем 💪работать». Проходит 😨неделя, месяц, а ты все там же... и даже 25м кролем проплыть не 🤦♂️можешь; (лошпед) . И я не видел результата, а когда поговорил с тренером, он говорит, что я все быстро схватываю, и неплохо Прогрессирую. . Большинству свойственно занижать свои успехи и достижения, я в их числе. . И только тренер и компетентный человек со стороны может пролить 🙌свет правды в твою замусоренную 🧠голову. . Сейчас у меня остался только 😟страх: смогу ли проплыть на старте 19 июля в СПб эти 1,8km в открытой воде на первом этапе гонки. . Времени все меньше, волнения больше, и остается только черпать из него силу. . Хотя...уверен, перенесут или уже перенесли старт. А то не до подготовки и стартов сейчас всем😅 . Вот написал это все, и захотел УДАЛИТЬ все. ОСОЗНАЛ, что Можно раскрыть парашют и ветер сам тебя заберёт и поднимет наверх. . #Легкость и понимание #Зачем - это парашют. #удовольствие от процесса и Системные действия - ветер . Резюме: . 1️⃣Старт нового дела, проекта, изучения нового навыка... забирает больше всего сил, будь готов(а) напрячь 🍑булочки на старте и не ждать быстро результата . 2️⃣Бери обратную связь у учителя, тренера о том, как твои успехи, что исправить, хорошо идет все? . 3️⃣Концентрируясь на процессе, и результат придёт . ❤Найти свой парашют и взлетать, не используя то, что написал выше😅 P.s.
