Looking at how power affects the visual realm in a wide variety of different spaces and nuanced ways, we want to highlight power where, for many, it remains unnoticed or, at least, unnamed. Fotografar é umas das minhas grandes paixões e uns dos meus hobbies favoritos. Estou sempre postando as fotos aqui pra falar de algum destino ou atração e no blog elas ilustram e complementam as matérias, mas eu nunca parei pra falar das minhas fotos em si. Nesses últimos tempos algumas ideias de conteúdo que eu ainda não explorei me surgiram. E falar de fotografia é umas delas, mas de uma forma descontraída, sem nada técnico, pra você aproveitar com sua câmera ou celular. Vou começar pelo mural mais fotografado da Avenida Paulista. O Mural do Oscar Niemeyer do @kobrastreetart que fica na Avenida Paulista é uns dos meus favoritos em São Paulo. Mesmo que eu já tenha tirado diversas fotos seja com a câmera ou celular ao longo de tantos anos desde que o mural foi criado, se eu passar em frente eu tiro mais uma foto. Mais existe três locais na Avenida Paulista que rende ângulos incríveis do mural que todo mundo pode acessar e sem pagar nada. Seguindo o carrossel das fotos do post. 1) MIRANTE DO SESC AVENIDA PAULISTA (@sescavpaulista) - Pra fotografar o mural do alto com a vista mais panorâmica. É possível conseguir ótimos ângulos tanto da parte mais alta do mirante como também da mais baixa em frente a cafeteria. 2) TERRAÇO DA CASAS DAS ROSAS (@casadasrosas) - Como o terraço fica bem de frente do mural é um local perfeito pra ser fotografado com o mural atrás e pra tirar fotos com o mural mais em destaque. 3) JAPAN HOUSE SÃO PAULO (@japanhousesp) - Pra tirar fotos de pertinho, já que o mural fica bem atrás da praça de entrada do Japan House. Mas eu também adoro aproveitar a composição do mural com a fachada de madeira. As fotos foram tirada em dias diferente então a luz mudou entre elas. Esses locais não estão aberto agora pra visitação mas você pode salvar esse post pra quando for possível visitar novamente. Já aproveitou alguns desses ângulos? Despertar mirar el móvil y enterarte de que Jota Mayúscula a fallecido. Shock así nos debemos de encontrar muchísimos al habernos enterado repentinamente. El referente, el Dj con más Flow del panorama, la sonrisa contagiosa....El conocerlo en persona fue un subidón, aparecimos La Excepcion y fuimos teniendo relación con algunos de nuestros ídolos y con los que nos habían marcado el camino y propiciado las ganas. Que buenas risas, que charlas algunas me diste para que fuera conociendo algo más la industria y su realidad y desengaño. Me acuerdo las tardes que me pillaba un taxi desde Panbendito hasta su estudio y me quedaba allí con el escuchando música instruméntales, o nos dábamos un pirulo por las calles céntricas de madrid agarrado de su brazo, q el loco no me dejaba a penas caminar y me cargaba rápido a su hombro hasta donde fuéramos, luego me metía en un taxi de vuelta a Panbendito y le daba dinero al taxista para q se cobrara la carrera, no me dejaba pagar...se mosqueaba. O Samu (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) não chega lá! - Também foram contratados médicos, socorristas e enfermeiros para atuar 24 horas dentro da comunidade. I get this question a lot, but not nearly enough: How often should I trim my hair? The answer varies from person to person. The first reason is because everyones hair growth rate is different. On average hair grows about a half inch per month, but genetics, diet, and medical history can affect that. The second reason pertains to care. If youre someone with highly processed hair (color, relaxers, etc) you will need trims more frequently to ensure your style looks its best. Thermal styling at high temperatures (and with insufficient heat protection) can lead to thinning and breakage, so trims are recommended to clean up that damage. But, if youre someone who doesnt do any of the above, uses quality hair products, deep conditions regularly, and protects your hair with satin or silk at bedtime, you will need less hair to come off at trim time. The safest answer is every 3 months. My curly clients can sometimes push to every 6 months depending on their haircut. We’re looking around us and, three weeks later, Beirut has disappeared from the headlines, but its people are still dealing with losses, death, missing persons, destroyed houses, lifelong injuries, amidst the worst economic and sanitary crisis the country has ever known. Courtesy of a collapsed political system, Lebanon is witnessing its third mass-immigration wave, an inflation of 336% in a single year and more than half the population now living below the poverty line. In HAMBURG, in light of what we’re going through, we’ve decided to change our planned program, and are now presenting an exhibition entitled A sun yellow with anger, with the hope to express our deep reverence for Beirut. The scaffolding is up! Much discussion as to whether we should sneak peek the @anthonyburrill art - pre @breadcollective coming up to paint it at the end of the month 🤔 . Now the scaff is up and the people are on it, it gives this wall so much more perspective 😮 Thank you so much to @kingandcoleeds for keeping on keeping on with this ridiculous new piece of art for Leeds - it’s most certainly going to be a new landmark as set out by us nearly 1.5 years ago 😬👏 a massive credit to @kingandcoleeds for going through all the hurdles and delays to get where we are! . We had originally planned to organise a tombola and get peoples names in the hat to come and join in with the painting of the massive letters 🥰 The aim was for lots of different people to get the experience of painting with these super talented artists, the opportunity to learn how plus it’s fitting for the message but we’re pretty sure we can’t do that now 😭 . Salió a comprar víveres cuando fue atacado cuando ni si quiera hacia parte de las manifestaciones del 9 y 10 de septiembre en Ciudad Verde Soacha. Él es una de las tres víctimas fatales que dejaron las manifestaciones y desmanes en Soacha. “La brutalidad policial en Ciudad Verde acabó con la vida de Cristhian Hurtado Menecé, de 27 años. Era un joven luchador social de Soacha. Lo recordamos de la época de la Red Juvenil y su formación como sujeto crítico”, dice Heiner Gaitán Parra, concejal de Soacha, quien conoció a Cristhian en 2012 durante varios procesos juveniles que se dieron en el sector. Hurtado es una de las tres víctimas fatales que dejaron las manifestaciones y desmanes en Soacha por la muerte de Javier Ordóñez, tras un caso de abuso policial, en el occidente de Bogotá. Cristhian, era ingeniero industrial de la Universidad de Cundinamarca y estaba trabajando como electricista en el Relleno Sanitario Doña Juana, además de ser reconocido por sus labores sociales, era reconocido por su humildad y amor a su familia. One of the most exciting curatorial projects I have done in a while. In March I began collecting self-portraits made by photographers during quarantine. The collection Self-Portraits: Photographers in Confinement includes the work of photojournalists and documentary photographers who have also expanded the photography medium for self-expression. The photographers are both established and emerging, a diverse group from Europe, The Americas, Asia, Africa and Australia. Some of the best lenses in photojournalism and documentary photography at an historic moment. The first of the series could be seen at @fotodemic and more are coming.
