āLESS WEIGHT WILL NOT BRING YOU MORE WORTHā I rarely post body pictures of my journey but feel like this needs to be heard. As you can see in these photos I am a whole range of shapes and sizes, from scary skinny to bloated and puffy. I was OBSESSED with my body during this time and would chase happiness and worth by how I looked. š„THE TRUTHš„ In NONE of these photos did I feel happy or worthy. NONE!āāāāā It made me wonder- if I can be a whole range of different sizes, shapes and weights and yet never be happy or feel worthy at ANY size, then maybe I am looking for my worth in the WRONG place! šMaybe worth cant be linked to weight šMaybe happiness cannot be found externally šMaybe my body has very little to do with how I feel about myself. I had to find this out the hard way. Dieting, 10 years of an eating disorder, 5 years trying to recover, getting sucked into the fitness world and getting diagnosed with a chronic illness.
