Occasionally an oil comes along that makes me balk just before hitting the Purchase button. Melissa (aka: Lemon Balm) at $147 for 5 ml (wholesale price) is one of dōTERRA’s rarest and most expensive oils. Certainly more expensive than its $10 cousin, Lemon Oil. Melissa doesn’t grow in great abundance and it requires an arduous distillation process; it takes three tons of plant material to yield just one pound of oil. So why I do hit that Purchase button? . . ✓ I am not the best sleeper, and I suffer from escalated anxious feelings. Because of a little thing called bio-individuality! Basically... we are all unique and have different needs! ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You may hear from people who have had CBD work for them in 1 day where others it could take weeks. Why?⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The nitty gritty... This is because when we feel stress, pain, anxiety, fear or any negative feelings our bodies release two harmful enzymes. These enzymes build up and block our receptor sites for CBD. When we take CBD it works in two phases. Phase 1 clears out these harmful enzymes and phase 2 actually allows the receptor sites to take in the CBD and utilize it, firing up all of our bodies systems. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cool, right? Very! What makes us unique is that first phase, how much of a buildup of these enzymes do you have in your body? Mit der folgenden Ausarbeitung der Tinktur, schließen wir die Heilkraft der Pflanze zu einem Teil auf und signalisieren dem Körper bei der Einnahme sofort - hier kommt ein Heilmittel. Durch diesen wirklich sehr vereinfachten Prozess erlangt man eine Wirkung, die man heutzutage nicht mehr kennt. Produkte wie Pflanzenextrakte, Heiltees, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Medikamente etc. wirken, jedoch nicht ganzheitlich auf allen 3 Ebenen des Seins. Nun zur eigentlichen spagyrischen Ausarbeitung. Nehmt eure Lieblingspflanze oder eine Auswahl an Heilpflanzen. Bestenfalls wild gesammelt oder gekauft aus Bio-Anbau und übergießt die getrockneten Pflanzen mit mindestens 70 prozentigen Trinkalkohol. Bewahrt das Pflanzen-Alkohol-Gemisch nun mindestens 30 Tage in einem Einmachglas auf und stellt es nach Möglichkeit in die Sonne. Die Pflanze fängt an subtil zu werden und legt ihren Körper langsam ab. Im nächsten Schritt werden die Pflanzenrückstände, beispielsweise mit einem Kaffeefilter vom Alkohol getrennt. ❤️🙏 Es gibt viele Hausmittel um Menstruationsschmerzen zu lindern. Hier sind meine bewährtesten Tipps: Kräuter 🌿: die Pflanzenwelt versorgt uns mit Kräutern die krampflösend wirken können. Dazu gehören Schafgarbe, Beifuß, Kamille, Gänsefingerkraut, Thymian, Quendel. Am besten trinkt man bereits vor der Menstruation 2-3 Tassen Tee täglich. 100% naturreine ätherische und fette Öle ✨: Ich schwöre auf mein „Bauchöl“, das ich bei Menstruationsschmerzen sanft am Unterleib einreibe. Zu den hilfreichsten Ölen zählen natives Bio Oliven- oder Sesamöl. Beide wirken leicht wärmend und durchblutungsfördernd. Auch genial: Johanniskrautöl (Rotöl) – es kann schmerzlindernd und ebenfalls wärmend und durchblutungsfördernd wirken. Werden die fetten Öle ergänzt mit ätherischen Ölen (äÖ), ist die wohltuende Wirkung noch intensiver. Diese können entkrampfend, entspannend, stimmungsaufhellend, durchblutungsfördernd wirken. Auf 100ml Basisöl kommen 30 Tropfen äÖ. Das Verhältnis ist höher als bei Körperölen und sollte nur für den Teilbereich verwendet werden. Man kann diese Ölmischung auch super in Roll-Ons to go abfüllen. Ich schwöre auf Vetiver (für mich DAS Öl bei Regelschmerzen), Rosengeranie, Wacholder, Rosmarin CT Cineol, Pfefferminze und Nelkenknospe. Letzteres nur in Mischung mit anderen äÖ wie Lavendel fein/Vetiver (um die hautreizende Wirkung auszugleichen) und sehr niedrig dosiert (max. 2 Tr. auf 100ml). Toll ist es einen ❤️ Wickel ❤️ mit der Ölmischung zu machen. Dazu gebe ich 1TL davon auf ein warmes Tuch (Stoffwindel etc. auf Wärmflasche angewärmt) und lege es auf den Unterleib. Drüber kommt eine weitere wärmende Schicht (Wollschal, Schafwolle) und über diese Schicht die Wärmflasche. So ruht man dann für 30min. Die Wärme verstärkt die Wirkung der Öle und löst bzw. lindert Krämpfe. Was sind eure besten Tipps und Hausmittel? Achtung: Die allgemeinen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen bei äÖ immer beachten! Here are my top 5 tips for optimizing your cervical fluid for full sperm superhighway status.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now, before we get started, YES hormones (particularly estrogen) are the most important contributors to adequate cervical fluid. Were gonna check those out (see yesterdays post about labs). But sometimes we still need a little extra boost, so here are the deets:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Hydration! I know it seems like that’s the answer to everything. But check this out: cervical fluid is 95-98% water. Drink up!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Botanicals: There are several herbs that can be used to encourage cervical fluid. Shatavari is prob my favorite...I was recommending it for libido and my patients started telling me UM SOMETHING ELSE IS HAPPENING 😉 3️⃣ Fatty acids: Essential fatty acids are often used to increased cervical fluid, particularly that coveted “egg white cervical mucus.” Fish oils with lots of omega 3s are great. Similarly, evening primrose oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. When used in the follicular phase of the cycle (day 1 of your period until the day you ovulate), it may increase lubrication and mucus production.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4️⃣ Acupuncture: Acupuncture is a lovely way to increase pelvic blood flow (in addition to so many other benefits), encouraging healthy fluid secretion. Yoga and abdominal massage are also great ways to get blood flowing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5️⃣ N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is THE BEST. This supplement acts as a mucolytic meaning it thins secretions. My first real job out of college was for a large Chiro company in Chicago where we sometimes saw 200+ patients a day. In a world where relationships are destroyed & walls are put up based solely on differing opinions...I thought I could talk about this girl & I. • Sienna & I met through IG. oil cleansing ✨ i have been doing only oil cleansing for a week and i am loving it ! i use the bestskinever sandalwood @livinglibationsvenice like a cleanser, and also a moisturizer and use nothing else on my face. ( plus one drop of dewdab adding to the bestskinever for moisturizing my face ) this literally made my skin feel so fresh and minimized the appearance of my pores. i do a pump of the oil and use a hemp cloth twice to cleanse and massage the oil to my face. then i again do a pump of oil+ dewdab to moisturize my face. a lot of people are afraid of using oils, but it is so healing. it is actually so good for acne prone skin as well, but i cant say much about that. i have a combination ( mostly dry) and sensitive skin and this oil cleansing made my skin so smooth and hydrated. before using these, my skin was so reactive and dry :( (also the hair oil is amazing as well. it made my hair less frizzy and so smooth🧚🏻 ) - - benefits: remove dead skin, pollutants clean out clogged pores help balance the skin and lock in hydration - @fitw.dnz on Instagram

Wow. 🤯This combo. Adaptiv and Eucalytus. First time working out in a long time. 🏋️‍♀️ I’ve been stressed and anxious the last few days so Adaptiv is out in full force in all my diffusers.
