- 13 years ago on this day. The first COT race happened in the 2007 Food City 500. With a Amazing Finish to the race Kyle Busch and Jeff Burton battled for this win. Kyle Busch as you can see won, he led the last 20 laps plus 9 laps previously. This race had a very great finish.
