Combine both ingredients together and mix well and let stand for 10 minutes. Pour into a loaf tin, sprinkle the top of the loaf with Blend 13 and bake for one hour in a 160c oven preheated oven. Garlic scapes (omg). • These guys were 100% worth the wait. And thankfully, there are quite a few more out in the garden getting ready to make their first curl (I like to harvest scapes as soon as they make a full loop which maximizes the amount of scape and prevents any woody texture). • What is your favourite way to eat these once a year delicacies? For me, it’s simply roasting them at high temp for about 8-10 minutes with a good drizzle of olive oil and a pretty hefty “pinch” of sea salt. They’re unbelievably good and almost too beautiful to eat. First International CYPRUS POSTER TRIENNIAL (CPT) 2019 The international Cyprus Poster Triennial (CPT) is a nonprofit institution that aims to promote and disseminate knowledge and creativity in the field of graphic design, by focusing on the poster as a major medium of visual communication, every three years. It is an initiative by Evripides Zantides, Omiros Panayides, and Savvas Xinaris, professors and practitioners of graphic and visual communication. The exhibition will take place from the 1st until the 31st of July 2019 at NeMe Arts Centre in Limassol. The event is organised by the Semiotic and Visual Communication Research Lab of the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts at the Cyprus University of Technology. The Cyprus Poster Triennial 2019 open call has received 2410 posters from 53 countries. After a double, blind reviewed selection process, only 134 posters were accepted to participate. The opening of the exhibition will take place on Friday, 28 June 2019 at 20:30. Further details can be found on www.cpt.com.cy. Du beköstigst: Einen Pizzateig (beliebiges Rezept), 500g Rinderhack, 1/2 Tasse Sternaolivenoel, 1 Zwiebel, 2 Knoblauchzehen, 1 Handvoll frische Minze und Petersilie, 1 Ei, 150g Feta, 1 Esslöffel Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer. . . . Wichtige ❗️Verwende ausschließlich NativesOlivenölExtra was sortenrein ist und den Geschmack intensiviert und dein Essen vor der Hitze schützt❗️Verwende #sternaolivenoel . . . Bereite den Teig vor und während er ruht, mischt du die Füllung an. Gib das Hack in eine Schüssel und füge alle Zutaten hin zu, am besten so klein geschnitten wie möglich. Breite aus dem Teig ein Rechteck vor. Lege die Hackfleischmischung senkrecht auf den Teig und Rolle den Teig dann zusammen und pinsel ihn etwas mit Sternaolivenoel ein. The good news that I finally have a photo I am happy with to share it with you all. Growing up in Alexandria, Egypt 🇪🇬, my mom used to buy from time to time this scrumptious bread for our school 🏫 lunch. San Giovanni bakery in the city of Alexandria was the only bakery, city wide, acclaimed and known for selling this fluffy, pillowy bread that melts on your tongue after the first bite. This artisanal bread 🥖 miraculously transforms any mundane filling to a gourmet treat. It is absolutely delicious eaten plain. I tried many recipes to reach the same consistency or texture, to no avails. Nothing even came close to that bread entrenched in my memory. Up until , I came across Melissa Clark’s challah bread in the NYTimes food section. Way back when I lived in Virgina, my apartment was on a beautiful cobbled street along the river & at the end of the street was a pizza place. It was $10 a slice, expensive but one slice was filling enough.🙌🏼 . One Saturday night, driving home from a symphony performance, I was about to pass the pizza place. Cravings hit the car roof & I stopped.🙃 . The parking was full with only one spot left which was a pile of mud. Driving over that hump & fitting my rented Camry into that lot was risky but hypnotised by the aroma of cheese I drove straight in rather than reversing into the lot.🤭 . Hurried to the restaurant & greedily gobbled up a slice with extra cheese.🤤 . When I stepped out the street lights weren’t working. The task was to reverse the car over the pile, without any lights & with an electric pole in the way. If I swayed even a bit, I’d hit the car parked next to mine.😰 . I said a lil prayer & began reversing but the car wouldn’t budge. The only choice was to reverse at high speed & have 100% control over the wheel. There was no room for error. I knew for certain I’d bang into the parked car. Yet, I shifted gears & stepped on the gas.🤯 . The car screeched & began reversing rather swiftly. I steered like Schumacher, dodging the pole & the car. In 30 seconds I was on the street.💪🏼 . I didn’t know I had such driving skills. Neither did I know I’d be willing to turn a Camry into a Mini Cooper just for a slice of pizza.😅 . What would you’ve done? El momento dulce para una tarde de viernes. 😊 ¿Con quién lo vas a compartir? #MiPhilly💙 | Gelatina de guayaba y queso | Ingredientes: -190 g de Queso Crema Philadelphia® -2 tzas. de leche -1 lata de leche condensada -4 sobres de grenetina hidratada en 200 ml de agua -500 g de guayabas -1 tza. de agua -1 tza. de azúcar -1 raja de canela | Procedimiento: 1. COLOCAR el agua, el azúcar y la canela en un recipiente al fuego. Una vez que suelte el hervor, incorporar las guayabas en mitades. Dejar cocer, escurrir y reservar. (Guardar el almíbar de la cocción) 2. LICUAR las guayabas, ½ tza. del almíbar de la cocción, Queso Crema Philadelphia®, la leche, la leche condensada y pasar por un colador para retirar las semillas. 3. FUNDIR la grenetina a baño maría e incorporar con el resto de la mezcla. 4. VERTER en un molde y refrigerar hasta cuajar. 5. Wer schon mal Zucchini selbst angebaut hat weiß, dass irgendwann einfach die Ideen ausgehen, was man mit so viel Zucchini anstellen soll 🤔 Gefühlt hatten wir diesen Sommer jeden mindestens jeden zweiten Tag Zucchini in einer Bowl oder in einer Sauce 😅⠀ ⠀ Etwas Abwechslung is da mal nicht schlecht - auch wenn wir Zucchini in Saucen und Co. lieben 🥰⠀ ⠀ Deshalb heute ein Rezept für einen süßen und saftigen Zucchini-Kuchen:⠀ ⠀ 1. Ofen auf 180 °C Ober- Unterhitze vorheizen⠀ 2. Zucchini mit einer Reibe klein raspeln.⠀ 3. Haferflocken in einem Mixer geben und zu Hafermehl verarbeiten. Alle trockenen Zutaten vermischen.⠀ 4. Zucchini und die anderen nassen Zutaten dazu geben und alles gut miteinander vermengen - am besten mit einem Knethaken. Notfalls tun es auch die Hände (wie bei uns). Es sollte eine klebrige Masse entstehen.⠀ 5. Die Kastenform (unsere hat 24cm x 10cm) mit Backpapier auskleiden. Die Masse darin verteilen. Die Oberfläche lässt sich mit einem angefeuchteten Löffel gut glatt streichen.⠀ 6. Den Kuchen für 40-45 Minuten backen. Umso kürzer er backt, desto saftiger wird er.⠀ 7. IMPASTO PER PASTA FROLLA ⠀ Gli impasti di base servono sempre e sono preziosi.... Questa ricetta per me è la base per la maggior parte delle crostate e per i biscotti. Scorri la foto per vedere i miei biscotti di frolla...i più semplici e i più buoni! ⠀ Per la pasta frolla: • 250 g di farina 00 • 100 g di burro freddo • 100 g di zucchero • 1 uovo e un tuorlo • 1 cucchiaino di lievito • la buccia di un limone grattugiato o aroma vaniglia ⠀ Preparazione 1 Mettete la farina in un frullatore o nel bimby, aggiungete lo zucchero, un pizzico di sale e il burro ammorbidito, la scorza del limone grattugiato o la vanillina e il lievito. Impastate. Quando il burro è incorporato, aggiungete luovo e il tuorlo e lavorate molto velocemente, amalgamando il tutto fino a formare una palla. Se volete impastare a mano potete fare gli stessi passaggi, prima fate una fontana con farina e zucchero, aggiungete il burro e con la punta delle dita incorporatelo alla farina. Successivamente aggiungete luovo e il tuorlo e lavorate velocemente fino ad ottenere limpasto compatto. Merhabalar 🦁 taşınma, ev toplama falan derken pek çekim yapamıyorum geçmiş bir fotoğrafımla, paylaşacağım deyip unuttum kiş reçetesini paylaşmanın tam vakti. 🍽 . . 🌻Hamur için; -260 gr.un (12 tepeleme+1 silme yemek kaşığı) -120 gr. Tereyağı (9 yk.) -1 tutam tuz -2 yumurta 🌻İç Harcı için: -5 orta boy soğan -Çeyrek demet ıspanak (ben donmuş kullandım) -Eski kaşar -3 yumurta -1,5 pkt. Krema -tuz -muskat 🌻Yapılışı: -Un, tuz ve tereyağını mutfak robotunda kum gibi olana kadar çekin. 2 yumurtayı ekleyin ve çalıştırın. Bir süre sonra hamur toparlanacak. Streç filme sarın ve buzdolabında en az 3 saat dinlendirin. -Soğanları jülyen doğrayın ve karamelize edin. Ben kalın tabanlı çelik tencerede ocağın en kısık ateşinde 1-1.5 saat gibi bir sürede yaptım. İçine şeker sirke vs eklemedim soğanın kendi şekeri ile karamelize oldu. Ama zamanınız yoksa, soğanları 3-4 dk. kavurun üzerine biraz şeker ve sirke ekleyip orta yüksek ateşte pişirin, soğanlar renk değiştirince olmuştur. -Hazır olan soğanları bir tabağa alalım ve tavanın içine çok küçültmeden doğradığımız ıspanakları ekleyelim. Yaklaşık 5 dakikada hazır olacaktır. -Fırını 200° fanlı ayarda çalıştırın. Dinlenen hamuru tezgaha azıcık un serperek ve altının yapışmaması için kontrol ederek açın. Ben 28 cmlik tart kalıbında yaptım. Hamuru dikkatlice kalıba yerleştirdim. Üzerine kabarmaması için çatalla delikler açtım. Üzerine yağlı kağıt yerleştirip ağırlık yapması için bakliyat koydum. Fırında 20 dk. Pişirdim. -Fırından çıkan hamurun ilk sıcağı geçtikten sonra tabana karamelize soğanları gelişigüzel yerleştirdim, aralarına ıspanakları da koyup üzerine eski kaşar rendesini ekledim. -Ayrı bir kasede krema, yumurta, tuz ve muskatı rendeleyip çırptım ve bu karışımı içine döktüm. Kenara biraz karamelize soğan ve ıspanak ayırmıştım onları da üzerine ekledim görseli güzel olsun diye. -180° 30 dakikada karamelize soğanlı ıspanaklı kiş hazır oldu.( kontrollü pişirin her fırının ayarı neticede farklı olabiliyor) - @laorion on Instagram

NYT INITIATIV: DANMARK FÅR NU ET PLANTEBASERET VIDENSCENTER 💚🌍 Vi har glædet os rigtig meget til at dele denne nyhed: Danmark får nu et Plantebaseret Videnscenter! 😍 DVF er gået sammen med Økologisk Landsforening om at etablere det nye videnscenter, som bliver en platform for forskningsprojekter, vidensdeling og forsøg i relation til omstillingen mod flere økologiske og plantebaserede fødevarer. Formålet er at styrke vidensgrundlaget for et mere plantebaseret, økologisk fødevaresystem fra jord til bord. Projekter i Plantebaseret Videnscenter vil blandt andet fokusere på dyrkning, afsætning og tilberedning af danskproducerede planteproteiner og andre måder at fremme og udvikle fremtidens økologiske, plantebaserede fødevarer på. Centerets virke skal understøtte, at Danmark kan leve op til EAT-Lancet Kommissionens anbefalinger om ”Healthy Diets From Sustainable Food Systems” og FN’s 17 Verdensmål, og at helhedsperspektivet bevares på vejen dertil. En altafgørende præmis for centeret er, at økologi og plantebaseret kost tilsammen viser vejen mod en mere bæredygtig fødevareproduktion og et mere bæredygtigt fødevareforbrug. Dermed sikres, at den grønne og klimavenlige omstilling ikke kommer til at ske på bekostning af f.eks. vores grundvand, dyrevelfærd eller biodiversitet. Der er nedsat et Advisory Board for videnscenteret, hvor medlemmerne tæller bl.a. forsker ved Aarhus Universitet og medlem af Klimarådet, Marie Trydeman Knudsen, kok og virksomhedsejer, Claus Meyer, og ernæringsforsker ved DTU Fødevareinstituttet, Anne Dahl Lassen. Plantebaseret Videnscenter opstartes med virkning fra 1. oktober 2020 og finansieres bl.a. via økonomisk støtte fra Naturli’ Foods og Organic Plant Protein.
