La présidente du Conseil du trésor, @sonia_lebel a déposé un important projet de loi pour enfin accélérer la concrétisation de projets d’infrastructures attendus dans toutes les régions du Québec. Ce n’est pas normal que ça prenne des années à démarrer un projet. Aujourd’hui, avec le projet de loi 66, on propose de démarrer plus rapidement 181 projets d’infrastructures. On parle de Maisons des aînés, de constructions et de rénovations d’écoles, de projets d’infrastructures routières et de transports collectifs qui seront construits plus rapidement. Les Québécois s’attendent à ce que nos projets démarrent dans des délais raisonnables, tout en respectant les normes environnementales et en ne faisant aucun compromis sur l’intégrité des contrats publics. C’est ce qu’on va faire. On simplifie et on accélère les procédures administratives d’évaluation environnementale. Et on donne plus de mordant à l’Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) pour surveiller étroitement tous les contrats de tous les projets visés par le PL 66. C’est dans l’ADN de la @coalition_avenir_quebec d’être plus efficace. Les Québécois et les élus locaux de partout au Québec s’attendent à ce qu’on livre la marchandise. As every ‘where are they now’ piece likes to point out, Bake Off was far from the runaway success it is now, there was far fewer viewers, less media interest and I had no idea what life post the show would be. Through determination and a lot of very hard work I’m so very proud of what I’ve achieved over these past 10 years, all I ever wanted to do was encourage people, to help them bake and enjoy this thing I’m so passionate about.
