Mehr als 2,8 Millionen Kinder leben in Deutschland in Armut und die Corona-Krise trifft sie besonders hart. Kinderarmut ist in unserem reichen Staat nicht hinnehmbar. Sie grenzt aus und macht Zukunftschancen kaputt. Die Bundesregierung hat bisher keine grundlegende Veränderung der Situation geschaffen. Dabei liegt unser Vorschlag auf dem Tisch: Es braucht jetzt endlich eine eigenständige Kindergrundsicherung, die allen Kindern Unterstützung und Teilhabe garantiert. Eltern mit kleinen und mittleren Einkommen müssen für ihre Kinder die gleiche Unterstützung erhalten wie Eltern mit hohem Einkommen durch Steuerfreibeträge. Dafür braucht es eine grundlegende Neuberechnung der Kinderregelsätze und es muss Schluss sein mit dem Antragsdschungel für Familien. Die #Kindergrundsicherung sollte automatisch ausgezahlt werden, damit verdeckte Kinderarmut endlich endet. Alle Kinder müssen dem Staat gleich viel wert sein. Early Life Indian nationalist leader Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, more commonly known as Mahatma Gandhi, was born on October 2, 1869, in Porbandar, Kathiawar, India, which was then part of the British Empire. His father, Karamchand Gandhi, served as a chief minister in Porbandar and other states in western India. His mother, Putlibai, was a deeply religious woman who fasted regularly. Gandhi grew up worshiping the Hindu god Vishnu and following Jainism, a morally rigorous ancient Indian religion that espoused non-violence, fasting, meditation and vegetarianism. Young Gandhi was a shy, unremarkable student who was so timid that he slept with the lights on even as a teenager. At the age of 13, he wed Kasturba Makanji, a merchant’s daughter, in an arranged marriage. In the ensuing years, the teenager rebelled by smoking, eating meat and stealing change from household servants. In 1885, Gandhi endured the passing of his father and shortly after that the death of his young baby. Although Gandhi was interested in becoming a doctor, his father had hoped he would also become a government minister, so his family steered him to enter the legal profession. Shortly after the birth of the first of four surviving sons, 18-year-old Gandhi sailed for London, England, in 1888 to study law. The young Indian struggled with the transition to Western culture, and during his three-year stay in London, he became more committed to a meatless diet, joining the executive committee of the London Vegetarian Society, and started to read a variety of sacred texts to learn more about world religions. Upon returning to India in 1891, Gandhi learned that his mother had died just weeks earlier. Then, he struggled to gain his footing as a lawyer. In his first courtroom case, a nervous Gandhi blanked when the time came to cross-examine a witness. He immediately fled the courtroom after reimbursing his client for his legal fees. Ich war letzte Woche erkältet und merkwürdigerweise sehr emotional, weil ich so ein Bedürfnis nach mütterliche Liebe hatte. Ich meine behaupten zu dürfen, dass man schneller gesund wird, wenn man die Hausmittel der Mutter - so wie man es als Kind gewohnt war - anwendet. Meine Mutter hatte immer geschimpft, wenn wir krank wurden🤣. Aber wieder hatte sie recht, ich habe nicht aufgepasst: Ich habe nicht auf mich aufgepasst. Ich hatte kein Bedarf an irgendwelchen Tees. Zum genesen brauchte ich eine eine warme „Tarhana“ Suppe von Mama und wie sie Ihre Hand über meinen Kopf und Körper streichelt und dabei ohne zu ermüden den Quran auf mich rezitiert. Ich hoffe, dass ich auch meinen Kindern und meiner Mutter einmal alles geben kann, was ich von Ihr empfangen habe. Denn von Ihr habe ich gelernt, wie das Leben funktioniert und man sich am besten darin zurechtfindet. Do you often get judged for the choices you make in your spiritual journey and life in general? It is not always easy to make a decision. But each individual has the right to choose their own path to awakening. Everybodys past karma is different. their current life and circumstances are different. The people surrounding them are different. Their experiences are different. And hence the journey they choose for themselves is also different. But the destination is the same. That is spiritual awakening. And getting free from the worldly troubles. For some life or medical or health challenges make them grow spiritually to reach their goal. For some they face challenging relationships and difficult people around them which help them grow. And for some it is continuous work to make oneself better. For me meditation is the path. And even in meditation there are so many variations. but at the end of the day what do we all want? Peace of mind, happiness and stress free life. and how we achieve that is totally up to us.
