Вдохновившись постом @irinanorna я решила поведать свою историю о масле лаванды и ГВ. Я долго кормила грудью обоих моих деток. Саню до 2 лет и очень просто закочила. Сказала, что тите больно и он ответил, что больше не будет🤷♀️ Вот такой осознанный молодой человек. А вот Селя... 2.5 года и прекращать не планировала. Мы плавно убирали один перекус за другим и вот остались только ночные. Она просыпалась как по часам в 2 ночи и требовала титю, висят на ней остаток ночи. Она висела - Я бдела... Когда ты не просто мама, а еще и пытаешься сама содержать семью с 2 детками, работать, креативить (о том, как сделать и этот процесс проще и найти нескончаемый источник вдохновения, я поделюсь в одном из следующих постов), заботиться обо всех - это требует колоссального ресурса. А сон по 30 минут накоплению этого ресурса никак не помогает😅 Решение пришло с волшебницей @vrinda_ra, которая принесла мне флакончик с чудоэлексиром! Это была смесь масел на основе лаванды! Serenity для Селены! Дальше жизнь моя изменилась. Капля смеси в аромалампу, еще каплю на ступни и... Вся ночь в моем распоряжении!!! Могу спать хоть морской звездочкий, заняв все пространство кровати только собой!!! И, естественно, малышка просыпалась утром довольна, полная сил и готовая к полноценному человеческому завтраку. Даже не вспоминая про титю!!!
