Here is a fun-fact, the Cliffs of Moher is the most visited tourist spot of Ireland. Over 1.7 million people visit this natural haven yearly and there are so many day tours that allow you to see and walk over these 300 year old cliffs.Rich in wildlife and a scenery walk with the wild Atlantic winds, blowing strongly past you. Well let’s work together to keep them this way 🌍 ✨ Thank you for all of your lovely messages yesterday from my last post! ☺️ Very humbled to have such a fantastic group here! ✨ But it got me thinking, as sadly over the weekend there was a lot of rubbish, & when I say a lot, I mean a lot! 😔 Bottles, crisp packets, barbecues, plastic bags, toothbrushes, underwear, socks, food wrappers…I could go on. This is an absolute travesty for our coastline & the species which call it home. The cascading effects this has on our terrestrial & marine ecosystems is devestating 😔 Our amazing coastline is there to be enjoyed by EVERYBODY! I’m an avid champion of everyone having access & enjoying the great outdoors, as long as we keep it clean 🌱🌊 ✨ Here are some things to remember when enjoying nature 1️⃣ If you carry it in - carry it out. This includes food waste you may have spilled or are thinking of leaving behind - no one wants to see some left overs in a hedge on their hike! 🤢 2️⃣ If you are struggling to carry excess food, equipment or toiletries ask yourself do you really need it? The likely hood of stashing something in a hedge or dropping items on the way back is far more likely when you’re tired - so only pack what you can carry 3️⃣ Do not empty the dregs of drink into streams or the ocean - if you don’t want the dregs of your beer - I can promise you, the wildlife doesn’t either 4️⃣ Clean up after yourself. I know this sounds simple but given the amount of litter over the weekend this is something that not everyone does, please be mindful, & be wary of accidentally dropping things 5️⃣ Clean up after others. Unfortunately this shouldn’t be the case, but it is. I always have my big rucksack with me that usually ends up filled with other peoples rubbish. My bag stinks! But nothing a wash doesn’t sort out! 6️⃣ Enjoy yourself! But leave no trace, as the famous quote goes… “Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but pictures, and kill nothing but time” 🌱🌍 One to share and keep in mind 💙 We all need to act now & work together to preserve & protect our natural world, & we can do it, but only together 🌊🌱🌍 - @hannahstitfall on Instagram

Situated near Dyrholaey, this place on the black beaches of Southern Iceland is often overlooked. But is beautiful I spent a whole day there waiting for better weather but it got worse with time. “Creme de la Crumb” (8B+) ✔️ Crazy lil power tech bloc put up by @griffinwhiteside at Mt. Evans area A. Holds are bad on this one. Positions are weird. Precise accuracy is needed. I fell many times on the crux recycle section (u take the right hand gaston pictured here, cross over left hand to a miserable sloping crack, maintain left foot toe hook tension, move right hand to crimp in the crack, move left hand back down to undercling the hold your right hand was just in shoulder position with, control a mini rip... that’s a recycle right there 😉). My toe hook would slip or I would hit the left hand crack wrong and couldn’t move. Sent last go of the day after it lightly rained. Totally unexpected but was nice to have everything click and flow. Ольхон, имея протяженность всего в 73 км, вобрал в себя большое многообразие природных ландшафтов: здесь есть равнины, степи, песчаные бухты, лес, скалы, хвойные рощи и болота. ⠀ Ольхон - святая святых бурятских шаманов, сакральный центр силы в Бурятии и обитель многочисленных богов и духов из монгольской мифологии. За свою многолетнюю историю остров оброс большим количеством древних легенд. По преданию, именно здесь получил свой дар первый бурятский шаман. [국내 여행의 끝판왕, 제주도] 내내 소개한 국내의 작은 도시들 외에도 속초, 양양, 부여, 곡성, 예천 등을 더 여행했습니다. 그리고 치트키를 쓰듯, 반칙처럼 마무리는 제주에서 합니다 ^^ 제가 구구절절 소개하기도 멋쩍은 국내 여행의 끝판왕이죠. 그간의 피드를 보시면 알아차리셨겠지만 제가 요즘 드론에 푹 빠져있습니다. 이번에 드론 비행이 금지된 도시는 우선순위에서 제외했을 정도😁 제 시야로는 절대 볼 수 없는 장엄한 풍광과 숨겨진 비경까지 보여주기 때문이죠.
