i’ve been in a really bad place recently. being back home has brought back so much of the depression and anxiety that i was trying to grow from while i was at school. i’ve been having a big probably especially with my confidence. i honestly can’t imagine a guy ever wanting to date me. i feel like all they want is sex. i feel like that’s all i am to guys. they look at me and they don’t see a human being they just see a body and a face that they want to fuck. and that’s the only reason they talk to me. and i keep trying to remind myself that’s not true but i’ve had too many experiences that tell me that’s right. and i’ve had multiple things i’ve seen since i’ve been home that have reminded me of these instances. i need to get them out but i don’t want to go into too much detail about how they made me feel right now so i’m just going to list some of them out. first of all the guy who raped me. the reason i had to start this page in the first place. i thought he was my friend i thought i could trust him. he played the good guy. offered me a ride home when i was too drunk and then raped me. i honestly had a friend but that’s all he was trying to do. next up we have my ex boyfriend. he too often made me feel bad about wanting to having sex but then would get visibly upset when i didn’t want to. he also cheated on me early on in the relationship. i didn’t find out until much later and when i finally did find out i think i’d been through so much already that i didn’t have even self confidence that i stayed with him. and now i’ve seen them together and that hurts so bad. i feel like all guys are just looking for sex and how could they ever value me. there was another time that i was recently reminded of where i was driving to school and when i stoped at a stop light i looked over to see the middle aged man in the car next to me staring at me with his window down and jacking off. that really fucked me up. when i told my boyfriend at the time what happened he thought it was funny and didn’t understand just how traumatic that was for me. and so many of the guys that talk to me are just trying to fuck and will make passes at me or ask for nudes and stuff. it all just builds - @metoo.mystory on Instagram

The last few days have been a bit emotional for me. Leading up to today and thinking about how we would be celebrating your fifth birthday today! (My due date ). It doesn’t seem possible that all this time has gone by without you here. I’ll never understand why you’re not here with us, but I do know that God is still good + still faithful + that His ways are much higher than ours. I believe that one sweet day we will see our son + hold him + never let go. I wouldn’t trade the life that we have + the three miracles God gave us after our sweet pea for anything, but I do wish sometimes that we could have had all four of our children earth-side. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about him + wonder who he would have been, how tall he would have grown or what his voice would sound like right now. Would he be super ticklish + laugh at the slightest touch? Would he love to snuggle + love sweet treats like his mama? What would he have wanted to do today on his special day? All of those questions I’ll never have the answers to, but one thing I do know and I’ll say it again; God is faithful. God is faithful. God is faithful. We are so blessed with our three precious miracles + so grateful that He chose us to be their parents. I’m so grateful that God chose us to carry this special little life, no matter how short that time was. Our brains are like this field and our neuronal pathways are like the flattened path, they get stronger and easier to go down each time you repeat something and the other pathways get weaker and less easy to use when we dont use them as much. . Now lets look at the way we talk to ourselves. The more we allow ourselves to go down the route of telling ourselves that we are ugly, lazy, too fat, too thin, not worthy, not toned enough etc. the more our minds get used to this, and the easier it is to think about ourselves this way. The good news is we can start to change which paths are easiest for our minds to go down, it just takes a bit of work. When my self esteem and worth was at its lowest, and I would start to say negative things about myself - my husband would hear my comments and started replying saying hey, you are a piece of gold, I started to repeat that to myself straight after Id think badly of myself and I slowly started to find it easier to say nice things to myself. It is not all about our neuroplasticity, but it is a good thing to start to notice and work on, maybe stick a note on your mirror and practice saying things to yourself which youd say to your best friends. . Why is a Nutritional Therapist saying this? Introducing the APPLE CINNAMON CRUMBLE 🍏 🥧 👏🏽 ⠀ This is a favourite of mine from @maevefoxbar. Can’t get enough of these cocktails and I miss them so much that Ive had to recreate at home. I’ve done a few practice rounds to get the ratio perfect so Im feeling quite warmed up already...⠀ ⠀ Youll need:⠀ ▫️ 30ml Butterscotch Schnapps⠀ ▫️ 30ml Cinnamon Whiskey (Im using Fireball 😎🔥)⠀ ▫️ 125ml cloudy apple juice⠀ ▫️ 20ml lemon juice⠀ ▫️ Ice⠀ ▫️ Ground cinnamon and a green apple to garnish⠀ ⠀ Add ingredients to a shaker and shake. Pour over a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon and some green apple slices on a cocktail stick. I wanted to share a personal story with you (I talk about this a bit more on my blog - link in bio, then click on blog). Its been over a year now since I stopped drinking alcohol, and I have never felt better in my life. But before I discovered this world of non-alcoholic wines which have changed my life forever, I was a massive wine fanatic. I reckon I had the one of the best wine collections in Australia, I’d spend hours in my cellar just tasting, researching and adding to my collection. Then it all just happened so fast, within a week of realising I could enjoy a glass of wine without the calories and side effects from alcohol, I sent my entire wine collection off to auction and never looked back once. In fact, it was the money I made from selling that wine that I used for the lease my Sans Drinks warehouse! 最近はじめたこと📝 〰️ インスタライブでお話したけど、 最近、朝起きてTO DOメモを書く ✍🏻 ということをはじめました。 ずーっと家で仕事してるのもあり コロナ禍でぼんやり過ごしちゃうのが なんとなく気になってしまい。 1日をちゃんと生きた！ 今日はアレをやろう！ みたいな感覚がほしくて、 TO DOメモをやってみたら 1日1日を有意義に過ごせた、おすすめ。 iPadとかスマホのメモ機能でも やってみたけど、私には紙があってた。 仕事のデスクの上に置いておいておけば、 すぐ目に入るし、思いついた時にすぐ書ける。 はじめはチラシの裏とかに書いてたけど、 どうせなら！とおもってAmazonで数百円の メモ帳買いました。 〰️ コツは、 ・ワクワクすることも書く ・TO DOのハードルを下げる （お菓子食べる！とか、30分湯船つかるとか） ・できなくても落ち込まない ことかな。 難しいこと書くとやるまでのハードルが あがってしまうし、できなかったときに 「あー、今日もできなかった」てなるのは 精神衛生上あんまりよくないから😂 ただ、外からの刺激があまりないからこそ ちょっと意識して生活してみるってだけで 気のせいかもしれないけど、 マインドが変わったので、シェアしてみました！ 〰️ ちなみに、、 チャキチャキいろんなことやってそうな イメージを持たれがちだけど（笑） 基本引きこもりだし（家大好き😭✨） 気を抜くとダラダラしてるし、 寝るの大好きだし、ズボラだし、 家もすぐ散らかるし、 自慢できるような生活全然してない ← 人間だもの。完璧に出来ないよ。 #todolist #メモ帳 #todoメモ #毎日の日課 #カスタマイズエブリデイ #メモリスト - @shokommr on Instagram

I was very upset for a multitude of reasons and just could not stop crying.
