Mal dá para ter ideia do que é tudo isso, é duna que não acaba mais. Seria possível colocar a cidade inteirinha de São Paulo dentro do parque. 2 – São mais de 36 mil lagoas no parque Na época de cheias, entre janeiro e março, o parque chega a ficar com mais de 36 mil lagoas em toda a sua extensão. 3 – Lençol freático é a 3 metros de profundidade O lençol freático dos Lençóis é extremamente superficial. Se você cavar de 2 a 3 metros de profundidade já irá encontrar água própria para beber. Em diversos vilarejos, a população cava poços artesanais para consumo de água. 4 – Por que Lençóis Maranhenses? Depois de saber que o lençol freático está a 3 metros somente de profundidade, você poderia achar que o nome do parque se origina por conta disso. Mas não. O nome tem origem mesmo na aparência das dunas, que vistas do alto, parecem lençóis amassados. 5 – É possível visitar o parque à noite É possível passar a madrugada toda no parque. A temperatura cai um pouco mas não chega a ficar desagradável. Se você pegar a lua certa, você vai achar que é dia! Mas em compensação, se não tiver lua, o céu vira um tapete incrível de estrelas por não ter quase cidade nenhuma por perto. Vale a pena o passeio! I cant believe half of the year has already passed. Like you guys, all of my trips for 2020 has been cancelled due to #covid19. The world has changed, and so is everyones normal. Since flying to a destination is still off the table, thanks to the ongoing pandemic, it looks like road trip (long-distance journey on the road) is the next big thing to most travelers. This form of travel reminds me of our epic road trip in Morocco last year. My friends and I travelled from the ancient city of Fes to the bustling city of Marrakech in a private van for 3 days, covering 1,000+ kilometers. I’ve been MIA for awhile. What happened? Before I left I was spending more and more time on Instagram. It began to feel like something I was forcing myself to do. That’s not what I want photography or sharing it to feel like. This whole project started with a passion to share the things I see outdoors. When it became compulsory I knew I needed to break it up, so I took the time off that I needed. . After a few weeks, something awesome started happening. People started sending me messages asking if I was okay, and if I would be posting pictures again. The support was incredibly motivating. So I’m back now, and happy to say although I have not been taking a break from shooting. I even spent some time traveling—including to this beautiful National Park. Hello! 👋🏼 How strange a concept to greet the online world after a week away! V weird 🥴 Over the last week I totally unplugged and whizzed an hour down the coast to replace screens with waves and trails. Overall, I was a very happy little nob 🥰 I cannot remember the last time I totally disconnected, read two books, wound down with the sun and shock - it FELT. TOO. GOOD. Very rarely I practice what I preach. Tapping, checking, swiping and liking are so grossly instinctive I could do in my sleep - and I do it even when I know nothing has changed since I checked 5 minutes ago 🙄 We face a challenging few months as we wave summer goodbye. Spending time looking after your HEAD and giving yourself permission to stop, re-group and rediscover what really matters, makes the problems and worries so much more surmountable ❤️ It shoos away anxiety, distraction and overthought - and gets you focussing on the good stuff. The blue stuff. The green stuff that’s gradually shifting into amber…🍁🍂🍁 We saw how medicinal nature is for us. It’s time we rekindle that flame and keep it burning ✨ It’s not something to pick up when it suits us, then throw away again - that’s very lame. Much better to nurture a slow, steady desire for it - more fun that way 🔥 because of forcing myself to get over pathetic FOMO and escape, I’m feeling refreshed and ready for a long haul of beavering, writing and finding the occasional pool of water to stumble in when it all gets a little too much...💧 For now, it’s a couple of days at the desk then off again in search of wild things in bushes…!🧐📝 PS. Para disfrutar de este paisaje que parece una acuarela, viajamos por dos horas en yate desde el canal de Itabaca. En el trayecto pude disfrutar de las Islas Daphne mayor y menor, que parecen volcanes emergiendo del océano, así como el vuelo de las rayas en el horizonte. Desembarcamos en Bartolomé y recorrimos una de la islas más jóvenes de las Galápagos hasta llegar al mirador, para recibir este premio de la vida, la icónica vista de las Islas Galápagos. 📍MIRADOR DEL RISCO DE FAMARA (EL BOSQUECILLO), LANZAROTE 🇮🇨 . ✔️Para nosotros uno de los 🔝 de Lanzarote . ✔️ Se llega a través de la carretera que une Haria con Teguise (con google maps se llega sin problemas). Puedes subir hasta arriba con el coche (el último tramo es un camino que no está asfaltado) . ✔️Si te gusta el senderimo, hay una ruta de 6 Km desde Haria . ✔️ Tiene una de las vistas más imponentes de la isla, a un lado el Archipielago Chinijo, al otro la playa Famara . ✔️Los más atrevidos podéis llegar a la Cueva de las Cabras. Nosotros no lo hicimos porque nos dio vértigo 😅😅 Os animo a buscar videos en youtube de como llegar a esta cueva😂😂 . ✔️Aunque se llame El Bosquecillo, no hay nada parecido a un bosque😂😂 hay un merendero y columpio ahora cerrado como prevención por la Covid-19 . .
