❌LESS WEIGHT WILL NOT BRING YOU MORE WORTH❌ I rarely post body pictures of my journey but feel like this needs to be heard. As you can see in these photos I am a whole range of shapes and sizes, from scary skinny to bloated and puffy. I was OBSESSED with my body during this time and would chase happiness and worth by how I looked. 🔥THE TRUTH🔥 In NONE of these photos did I feel happy or worthy. NONE!❌❌❌❌❌ It made me wonder- if I can be a whole range of different sizes, shapes and weights and yet never be happy or feel worthy at ANY size, then maybe I am looking for my worth in the WRONG place! 🌟Maybe worth cant be linked to weight 🌟Maybe happiness cannot be found externally 🌟Maybe my body has very little to do with how I feel about myself. I had to find this out the hard way. Dieting, 10 years of an eating disorder, 5 years trying to recover, getting sucked into the fitness world and getting diagnosed with a chronic illness. They are all so delicious🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍏Caramel apple bites I take one cup sliced apple (109g) and dip it into 1 tsp of my 2 ingredient caramel. For the caramel: mix 2 tsp honey and 1 tsp nut butter of choice (makes 3 servings) Coming in at 82 calories 🧀 Cheesy spinach dip with sliced veggies How to make the dip: I mix 1 tbsp onion, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 2 tbsp smooth cottage cheese, 1/2 cup spinach salt and pepper in a ramekin. I then top with 8g cheese and bake it until cheese has melted (1-2minutes). I then dip 1/2 cup carrots in this high protein dip! Coming in at around 91 calories 🥨 Soft baked pretzel bites I used my healthy cinnamon bun recipe ( That you can get if you subscribe to my mailing list-its free) and left out the sweetener. Coming in at 70 calories for a small bowl of bites. 🎃 Pumpkin cheesecake Been making this recipe on repeat. My protein pumpkin cheesecake is an absolute staple! Coming in at 61 calories 🧡Pumpkin spice apple chips I slice 1 small apple into doughnuts, add a little oil spray and bake in the air fryer at 160 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes to allow apple chips to harden and become crispy. I then top off with some pumpkin spice and enjoy.
