Сегодня не заседании Законодательного Собрания Ростовской области был принят целый блок социальных законов: ✅ Новый порядок расчета временной адресной социальной помощи, который был принят в апреле и установлен до 1 октября 2020 года, продлён по инициативе Губернатора до конца текущего года. Напомню, что новый порядок расчета адресной социальной помощи предполагает, что на нее могут рассчитывать граждане, чей среднедушевой доход ниже полутора прожиточных минимумов, то есть ниже 15 тысяч рублей (ранее на адресную социальную помощь могли рассчитывать те, чей среднедушевой доход ниже одного прожиточного минимума). ✅ Закреплены нормы об обеспечении бесплатным питанием детей, обучающихся в начальной школе, а также расширяется список получателей этого горячего питания. Согласно изменениям, в Ростовской области помимо учеников 1-4 классов горячее питание будут получать и учащиеся областных образовательных учреждений с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, которые занимаются на дому. Их родителям предоставят денежную компенсацию за двухразовое питание в день. В зависимости от того, сколько учебных дней в неделе, компенсация составит, по предварительным данным, от 2,5 до 3 тысяч рублей в месяц. Кроме того, горячим двухразовым питанием будут обеспечены студенты с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, обучающиеся в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования. ✅ Депутаты проголосовали за закон, ограничивающий продажу зажигалок и емкостей (газовых баллончиков), содержащих сжиженный газ, несовершеннолетним. Это первый шаг в защите детей от смертельной опасности сниффинга. Напомню, за 2016-2018 годы от этого вида токсикомании в Ростовской области погибли 20 несовершеннолетних. В 2019-2020 годах мы получили ещё 2 случая. В настоящее время только на профилактическом учете в комиссиях по защите прав несовершеннолетних находятся 23 подростка, систематически вдыхающие сжиженный газ. Ежегодный масштабный фестиваль, проходящий в столице Черноземья в самом начале лета, был перенесен в этом году на сентябрь связи с неблагополучной эпидемиологической обстановкой из-за вспышки коронавирусной инфекции .По традиции, в этом году у фестиваля четыре основных направления — «Театр», «Музыка», «Выставки» и «Литература». В связи с отмечаемым в этом году десятилетием фестиваля организаторы сделали особый акцент на специальной программе «Воронежского кейса». В программу Воронежского кейса вошли самые яркие спектакли воронежских театров последних двух сезонов: «Двенадцатая ночь» (Никитинский театр, режиссер – Юрий Муравицкий), «Бальзаминов» (Камерный театр, режиссер – Михаил Бычков), «Вечер с Чарльзом Буковски» (Камерный театр, режиссер Надя Кубайлат), «Aheym / Арлекинада.New/ Anima» (Театр оперы и балета, хореографы: Софья Гайдукова, Константин Матулевский), «Маскарад» (Театр драмы им. А. Кольцова, режиссер – Владимир Петров) и другие. Именно благодаря этой акции мы запустили вместе с @gorizontcinema_emotion и “Монитор-Шахты» бесплатные сеанс фильмов о войне для школьников и студентов. Но пандемия очень сильно сократила нашу акцию. Поэтому пользуясь случаем наша Палата молодых законодателей @pmz_sovfed предложила не заканчивать акцию Госфильмофонда в этом году, а сделать ее бессрочной. Nu måste fler politiker lyssna på polisens budskap: hela samhället måste med för att vi ska bryta nyrekryteringen till kriminaliteten. SpaceX founder Elon Musk detailed progress on the company’s next-generation Starship program Monday, saying the huge rocket could “probably” attempt its first launch into Earth orbit next year, and adding that the Starship will fly hundreds of missions before SpaceX puts people on-board.    Tapping into an ever-growing production complex in South Texas, SpaceX is building new Starship prototypes at a rate of multiple vehicles per month. Some of the prototypes are strictly for ground testing, but SpaceX’s next Starship testbed, designed SN6, could attempt a 500-foot (150-meter) hop test later this week.    The most recent Starship test craft, named SN5, was the first Starship with full-size propellant tanks to make a successful launch and landing. During SN5’s brief up-and-down test Aug. 4, the prototype flew to an altitude of 500 feet powered by a single methane-fueled Raptor engine, then made a controlled descent to a nearby landing pad.    Speaking by phone Monday during the virtual Humans to Mars Summit, Musk is “making good progress” on the Starship program. This is the story of how Jay Winuk’s advocacy in the wake of love and loss helped bring that declaration to life.    Jay Winuk remembers his younger brother Glenn as someone who always went the extra mile to help others. And on the morning of September 11th, 2001, Glenn sprang into action. As a decorated volunteer firefighter and EMT, Glenn ran toward the chaos with his first responder kit in hand, only after helping his co-workers in his own office find safety. At just 40-years-old, Glenn spent the final moments of his life saving strangers. Inspired by his late brother’s devotion to community service, Jay joined David Paine in 2002 to help build the 9/11 Day of Observance initiative and advocate for the anniversary to be designated as a “National Day of Service and Remembrance.” They were elated in 2009 when President Obama signed the proclamation: September 11th was not only a day of remembrance, but a day of service, too. Later, Jay went on to co-found @911Day, an organization inspired by the same spirit and unity that arose in America in the immediate aftermath of the tragic attacks. On Tuesday, August 20, Deputy Superintendent for the School District of Palm Beach County Keith Oswald, delivered the Annual Back-to-School Breakfast address, presented by Keiser University and Hulett Environmental Services. Keith reported that The Palm Beach County School District is now the 10th largest district in the nation consisting of 179 schools with 176,000 students and an annual budget of $3.5 billion.
