Finally made us some homemade mouth wash. I revered to several recipes to come up with one that would work well for us and not bug my partner too bad. The fiance doesnt mind it and I like being able to decide the level of mint I want. CONFESSION!!! My original plan was to sell this type of syrup due to the profit margin🤑 and the little time it takes to make these syrups. I couldve been ordering them in bulk, having it delivered to my house, and mix the sugar and concentrate on my own but.... #tbt Skinny boi Chris at 21. Lost 30kg gradually over 2 years after studying. Most would look at me and say great work!! Pain is a great driving force to push you, but remember to not let your goals consume you. You should be in control! Back then, 5 days a week Id get up at 4am to run 15km. Labour for 8 hours and then go train Boxing/MMA for 90 mins after work. On top of that Id run once more on the weekend if I had drinks/dinner with friends to make up for it. I used put stress fractures in my feet from overtraining, instead of stopping Id just changed how I landed my steps on that foot. I used do the Bail-a-rov on my friends some weekends because Id just be too exhausted to do anything and needed to recover so I could train again. Back then, I was so afraid of gaining weight again that training became self destructive. If I missed training, Id be so hard on myself and would say/think horrible things to myself and then do more the next day to make up for it. The fitness Industry has always had this stigma for some people that more is better with exercise & diet. If I train MORE and eat even LESS than I am now, my results will come faster. Or training has to be hard! If I dont feel smashed and broken, it was a lazy session with no benefits and I should feel bad. This mentality is now worsened because of certain fitness brands who sell their product by saying come do more classes, and youll get results faster. Yeah people drop shitloads of weight, which unfortunately draws more people in, repeating the process... But theyre also running the risk of injury & developing exercise obsession smashing themselves everyday. Be smart about your training, be realistic about your goals. Next-Level-Staubsauger ✖️ Pooldeck . Heute ein Feature 😋 da mich so viele nach dem Stand des Staubsaugers gefragt haben, hier die noch nicht ganz fertige Version im Einsatz beim Pooldeck-Projekt. . 🌀🌀🌀🌀🌀 Die untere Multiplexplatte mit den Griffen ist mit dem Staubsauger verschraubt, kann aber mit Knaufmuttern einfach gelöst werden. Die Platte kann dann samt Tonne (die fest mit der Platte verbunden ist) zum entleeren abgehoben werden 🤓 . Oben habe ich den Deckel verstärkt und den Dustcommandet wieder verschraubt. Das Saugrohr habe ich nun aus einem 50er HT Rohr gebaut. Das T-Stück ist super zum Schlauch, Kabel oder Gehörschutz aufhängen. . 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊 Das Pooldeck habe ich soweit es ging zugesägt, gefast und die Stoßkanten entgratet und anschließend die erst Schicht mit Bootslack von @schill_de lackiert 💪 . Don’t stick your hand in #hot_oil!! This is a burn injury caused by hot oil from a deep fryer accident. Deep frying oil can reach temperature of over 400 Fahrenheit. Cooking oil is flammable, and fires may be caused by it igniting at too high a temperature. Further, attempts to extinguish an oil fire with water cause an extremely dangerous condition, a boilover, as they cause the water to flash into steam due to the high heat of the oil, in turn sending the burning oil in all directions and thus aggravating the fire. This is the leading cause of house fires in some countries. Instead, oil fires must be extinguished with a non-water fire extinguisher or by smothering. Other means of extinguishing an oil fire include application of dry powder (e.g., baking soda, salt) or fire fighting foam. Spilled hot cooking oil can also cause severe third degree #burns. In the worst-case scenario, severe burns can be fatal. The higher temperatures and tendency of oil to stick to the skin make spilled hot cooking oil far more dangerous than spilled hot water. Children can accidentally place their hands on top of the stove, playing with the materials while being #cooked, or accidentally pull the pot down, which can cause significant injury.
