These 2 ingredient bagels are so so soooo yummy, perfect for a breakfast or brunch, courtesy of the lovely @livslifestyle___ 💞 🥯 I decided to make mine tonight so I’ve got a quick breakfast in the morning! However, me and mum just had to share one whilst they’re still warm and omg they’re delish!😍 🥯 Ingredients (makes 4 bagels): 250g self raising flour 200g fat free Greek style yogurt • Method: 🥯 Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 🥯Mix and knead the ingredients to form a dough. 🥯 Separate the dough into four. Roll and shape into bagel shapes (make sure to leave a big hole as they expand loads!) 🥯 Brush the tops of the bagels with egg wash, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
