The HIGH Story: When Amber Met Emily Six years ago High Fitness was born but that idea would not have been conceived without our founders Amber Zenith and Emily Nelson. The two met at a boutique gym where they both worked and were fitness instructors. Emily thriving as a group fitness instructor convinced Amber (a total non-dancer) to teach dance fitness. Reluctantly Amber did and loved but in order to do the moves she would simplify Emily’s routines. People loved this way of teaching and Amber knew they needed to start their own fitness format using these methods. Пленка заставляет меня думать, прежде чем снять кадр. Съемка на аналоговую камеру – это не шутки. У нее нет экранов, нет кнопки ‘Удалить’, во многих камерах нет программного режима и т.д. Для меня это самая лучшая практика, поскольку я постоянно думаю, как мне лучше согласовать ISO моей пленки с условиями освещения и поставить правильную выдержку и диафрагму. В отличие от цифровой камеры, ты не можешь пробовать разные экспозиции, выбирать разные ISO, а затем просто удалить неудачные снимки. Поэтому фотопленка заставляет тебя думать, прежде чем снять кадр. Снимать на пленку значит думать, думать и думать. А еще это всегда вопрос: ‘да или нет?’ Для меня съемка на пленку влечет за собой более серьезную работу: начиная от необходимости купить пленку до проявки пленки и печати фотографий. Проще говоря, это как традиционная живопись и компьютерная графика: традиционная живопись обычно требует больше трудозатрат. Это весело:) Вдохновение, ожидание и сюрприз! Я думаю, съемка на фотопленку – это куда более увлекательно, нежели использование цифровой камеры. Каждый раз, когда фотопленка заканчивается, ты приходишь в состояние приятного волнения. Однажды мастер по ремонту фотоаппаратов мне сказал: ‘Если ты хочешь стать счастливым в фотографии, снимай на пленку. Да, придется тратить больше денег, но что такое деньги, когда ты не счастлив’. Да, это то, что я люблю в пленке – она делает меня счастливым. Пленка передает больше эмоций. Думаю, многие пленочные фотографы согласятся с этим утверждением. Есть что-то в пленке, что добавляет эмоций и чувств в каждый кадр. Я не могу этого объяснить… Кто-то говорит, дело в зерне. Да, я, пожалуй, соглашусь… но есть еще что-то, чего не может ни одна цифровая камера… Фотопленка – настоящая, цифра – дешевая’. Думаю, я согласен с этой цитатой. I started in 2014 but been on and off the mats because of injuries (ribs, wrist, shoulders...) so I would say that the last three-ish years I have been training continuously. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗶 𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗴𝗶? This is a hard one, I love both! 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗶 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱? Due to my small size, I have found that the Tatami kids Gi fits me the best so I would say Tatami 😅 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻? I really suck on collarchokes so I always go for the RNC so I guess thats my favorite at the moment 🙃 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆? I really dont like competitions so I have not been competing that much so I really dont have any good memories from comp. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆? It was a bjj comp when I suddenly felt like I walked out of my body and lost everything and couldnt do anything, a really weird feeling, and then I dont remember anything from that fight. I know I lost but the worst is that feeling of not having control over your mind, really scary! 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗝𝗝, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻?  I’m trying to roll while on vacation as well as participate in seminars, so I have rolled in San Diego, Halifax (Canada), Copenhagen, Ibiza and a few places in Sweden. My favourite has to be Halifax 😍 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿? I would say summer because you dont have to wear too much clothes when you go out but my favorite is actually fall 🍁 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼/𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸? Water, for sure! 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮? Pizza haha and if there is Nutella pizza on the menu Ill choose that 🤩 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀? Meat with veggies 💪🏼 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮?
