Auch wenn das grundlegende Bedürfnis besteht Lebensmittel mit einem geringeren Kaloriengehalt zu wählen (zum Beispiel im Rahmen einer Diät) wird auch das vmPC aktiv, um eine optimale Auswahl treffen zu können. Störungen im vmPC können dazu führen, dass während einer Diät die falschen Lebensmittel ausgewählt werden. Schlechte Entscheidungen auf unbewusster Ebene führen zu einer höheren Kalorienaufnahme als eigentlich notwendig. Viele Menschen, die ihre Kalorienzufuhr falsch einschätzen tun dies auf Grund einer reduzierten Aktivität im vmPC. Eine reduzierte Aktivität im vmPC kann durch ein reduziertes Bewegungsverhalten und Stress ausgelöst werden. Let’s start of with meat. Generally, meat will lose around 25% of its weight once cooked. For example, chicken loses up 50g. When boiling food, it absorbs water and therefor increases weight. Labels on pasta and rice will always refer to the raw weight, unless you’re buying pasta and rice that’s already cooked. Note that none of these conversions are exact, but are here to serve you as guides. Keto Cloud Bread ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☁️This fluffy versatile bread is perfect to whip up for breakfast lunch or dinner! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❓Have you tried cloud bread? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Ingredients: 4 large eggs, separated ½ tsp cream of tartar 2 oz cream cheese ½ tsp garlic powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Directions: Preheat the oven to 320 °F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. In one bowl, blend together the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese to soften. Mix in the egg yolk, salt, and garlic powder until well incorporated. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture making sure not to over-mix. Spoon 1/4 cup portions of the foam onto the baking sheets and spread into even 4 circles, 3/4 high. Note: Make sure to leave space around each circle.
