Roger Tullgren became somehow well known in 2007 when he convinced Employment Services in Sweden to classify his addiction to heavy metal music as a disability. Due to this diagnosed condition, he was not able to stop listening to metal or attend shows, and received a pension from the State until 2012. . Three years later, as soon as I heard his story, I traveled to Hässleholm in order to meet him. We talked about metal, darts, to be beaten up and the welfare. Although we planned to make a little movie together, it finally never happened, and sometimes I think about how he might be doing these days. Today is his birthday. . He fought the law and he won. .
