Happy Fall! 🍂Yes, I’m a day late with my post, however, I made this Salted Caramel Apple Galette🍎last night after dinner. It was that easy to prepare, bake & eat all within an hour! Thanks to @dianemorrisey for inspiration and my immediate impulse in having to make it! Next time you are in the store, grab a ready to use pie crust(not shell). I used @wewalka_usa round rolled crust. I love their pizza crusts too! The salted caramel sauce is by @smuckersbrand What are you waiting for? Surprise your family tonight! Recipe below⬇️⬇️⬇️ Mangia!🍎🍂 • • Ingredients: 3 large apples, peeled, cored & thinly sliced halves ¼ cup brown sugar 1 ½ tbls flour 2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg Egg for egg wash Course sugar to sprinkle is optional Store bought pie crust or your own Salted Caramel Sauce • Directions: Preheat oven 400° Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or if you use the brand I mention above, it is already on parchment paper. Roll your pie crust dough out whether it’s a circle or rectangle. Slice your apples thin and in half so that you can fan them. Mix apples, flour, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon & nutmeg in a bowl until all the apples are coated. Place apples all around crust fanning them out and leaving a 2 inch border all around. Fold sides in over the apples and pinch to secure. Brush egg wash over edges of crust and sprinkle a course sugar(I forgot sugar in this pic) Bake 30-35 min but watch the crust after 20min, if it starts to get too dark, place aluminum over it for the last 10 or so minutes. Bake till golden brown & bubbly. Remove from oven, pour salted caramel sauce over and serve! Ma che cosa avrò inzuppato nella tazza☕️? Vi posso dire che sono cose dolci, friabili, delicatissimi,gustosi e che si sciolgono in bocca😍😋 Di cosa sto parlando? BISCOTTI VENTAGLIO CUOR DI MELA🍏🍯🍎 ~Ricetta Delicata & Gustosa😋🤤~ . . . ❗️INGREDIENTI❗️ 📌Per la frolla -70gr di olio evo -100 gr di zucchero -2 uova 🥚 -300 gr di farina 00🌾 @molinorossetto -1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci @paneangeliofficial 📌Per il ripieno -3 mele 🍎 @melinda.valdinon -20 gr di burro -1 cucchiaio di miele mille fiori 💐🍯 + 1 cucchiaio di confettura di pere 🍐 (fatta in casa) #dessertiamoconfetturacontest -1/2 cucchiaino di cannella . . . 🔽PROCEDIMENTO🔽 Unite in una ciotola farina, zucchero e il lievito e mescolare. Ora fate un buco al centro e metteteci le uova e l’olio e impastare creando un panetto compatto . Riponete in frigo a riposare per 30 minuti. Nel frattempo preparate il ripieno dei cuor di mela. Sbucciate le mele, tagliatele a cubetti e fatele cuocere in un pentolino antiaderente insieme a burro, miele, marmellata e cannella per 20 minuti. Lasciatele raffreddare. Riprendete l’impasto e stendetelo su una superficie infarinata e crea dei dischi riempili al centro e chiudere. Fermare la chiusura con una forchetta Mettete i biscotti su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno, poi cuocete in forno a 180°C per circa 15 minuti o finché i biscotti non risulteranno dorati. Sfornate i biscotti e lasciateli intiepidire. 🍎Baked Apples with Cinnamon Oatmeal Crumble🍎⠀ ⠀ Ingredients:⠀ ✅4 organic apples (Pink Lady, Fuji, and Granny Smith are all great options)*⠀ ✅1/4 cup coconut oil⠀ ✅1/2 cup rolled oats⠀ ✅1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans⠀ ✅1 tsp JJ Virgin Sprinkles,* stevia, monk fruit extract, or other low-sugar sweeteners (to taste)⠀ ✅1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⠀ ✅1/4 tsp ground cloves⠀ ✅1/4 tsp ground nutmeg⠀ ✅1/2 tsp sea salt⠀ ⠀ Directions:⠀ 1️⃣Preheat oven to 350F.⠀ 2️⃣Peel and core each apple, making a large well in the center, and arrange prepared apples in a glass baking dish. Apfel-Birne-Streusel Tarte 🍎🍐 Irgendjemand hat mal zu mir gesagt, beim Kochen kann man experimentieren, beim Backen nicht. Im Zuge der #vorratsschätze Challenge von @allmydeer und @katrin_hecker hab ich mal wieder versucht auch beim Backen zu experimentieren. Und daraus wurde dieser Kuchen 😍. 💡 Schmeckt sowohl warm aus dem Ofen, als auch kalt aus dem Kühlschrank. Für den Teig: 100g Reismehl (ich hab Bio_Leben von @lemberona verwendet) 30g Hirsemehl (ich hab Bio_Leben von @lemberona verwendet) 55g Kartoffelstärke 65g Hafermehl (ich hab das von @dm_dmbio genommen) 100g Zucker (kann durch 60g Birkenzucker ersetzt werden oder auch weggelassen als weniger süße und #zuckerfrei Variante - dazu von den Mehlen jeweils etwas mehr nehmen) 90g Margarine 1 reife Banane (püriert) mit 1 EL Soja Mehl und 3 EL Wasser verrühren Für die Fülle: 1 Apfel 1 Birne 360g Apfelmus mit Birne (ohne Zuckerzusatz, ich hab das von @dm_dmbio genommen) 1/8l (oder etwas weniger) veganer Apfelsaft 1 Pkg. Vanille Pudding Pulver 1/2 TL Zimt Zubereitung: 1️⃣ Alle Zutaten für den Teig auf der Arbeitsfläche zwischen den Händen zerbröseln und zu einem Teig verkneten (ist etwas klebriger als Mürbeteig). Zu einer Kugel formen, in Backpapier einwickeln und eine halbe Stunde im Kühlschrank rasten lassen. 2️⃣ Apfel und Birne klein schneiden 3️⃣ Pudding Pulver in etwas Apfelsaft auflösen 4️⃣ Apfelmus mit dem restlichen Apfelsaft aufkochen und die Puddingpulver Masse und Zimt einrühren bis eine gleichmäßige Masse entsteht 5️⃣ Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und dem Backpapier in eine Tarte- oder Springform geben 6️⃣ Etwas weniger als 1/3 des Teiges abschneiden und zur Seite geben 7️⃣ Teig gleichmäßig am Boden der Backform flach drücken und an den Rändern etwas erhoben (rund 2cm) 8️⃣ Die Hälfte der klein geschnittenen Äpfel und Birnen am Teigboden verteilen, dann die Pudding Masse darüber gießen und leicht glatt streichen und auf der Puddingmasse die zweite Hälfte der Äpfel und Birnen verteilen 9️⃣ Zum Schluss den zur Seite gestellten Teig darüber zerbröseln 🔟 Bei 160 Grad Heißluft im vorgeheizten Backrohr auf unterer Schiene für 45-50 Minuten backen. It’s my favorite season almost, so naturally, I picked an absurd 20 pounds of apples last weekend and will be cooking with them for a while. Today’s cooking therapy was this maple caramel apple tarte tatin that I adapted from @halfbakedharvest recipe. I followed her rules exactly, except used one less apple because mine are gigantic, and added a pinch each of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. The reason theyre so pink and sweet is that theyre the first to blossom, but the last to be harvested. This gives them so much extra time to ripen in the sun! Apple picking is open starting September 19 and will run every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm, until mid-October (or until we run out of apples 😁). Entrance is $5/person (kids under 5 years are free). You can pre-purchase bags - $25 for a 10lb bag or $45 for a 20lb. No outside bags. Due to covid, please expect line-ups. Homemade Caramel Sauce (vegan🌱) . This is my favorite little trick for a quick and healthier version of caramel sauce... . Simply mix: 1.)maple syrup and 2.)creamy natural peanut butter together! (I use @woodstockfoods organic peanut butter) *add a pinch of salt to taste, a drop of vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon if you like, and you can thin it with plant based milk if desired. . This caramel sauce makes a fun snacking dip, a perfect drizzle for pancakes, waffles, brownies or ice cream! I mix it into my apple oatmeal too.
