Akibat digigit ular berbisa jenis bandotan (Calloselasma rhodostoma), tangan kanan Wagiyo bengkak, melepuh, dan berwarna hitam hingga sulit digerakkan.⠀ ⠀ Informasi yang dihimpun Solopos.com, gigitan ular itu didapat Wagiyo saat dia membersihkan ladang ladangnya pada Senin (28/9/2020). Selesai membabat rumput dan dedaunan, ia beristirahat sejenak dengan duduk di atas bebatuan. Tanpa disangka, dari celah batu itu terdapat ular bandotan yang dikenal berbisa dengan racun tinggi.⠀ ⠀ Ular itu tiba-tiba menggigit lengan kanan Wagiyo. Spontan Wagiyo mengibaskan lengan kanannya hingga gigitan ular itu terlepas. Sambil menahan sakit akibat gigitan ular, Wagiyo pun pulang dan menganggap semua akan baik-baik saja. Namun, beberapa saat kemudian, dia merasakan nyeri yang luar biasa pada lengan kanannya.⠀ ⠀ Setelah dibujuk rayu keluarga, Wagiyo akhirnya bersedia dibawa ke RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong. Akan tetapi, saat itu ia menolak saran dokter untuk dirawat inap. Dia hanya minta dirawat jalan dengan diberi sejumlah obat pereda nyeri. Akan tetapi, setelah diminum beberapa hari, obat itu ternyata tidak cukup efektif menangkal racun ular.⠀ ⠀ Alih-alih sembuh, dampak gigitan ular itu justru semakin mengganas. Selain membengkak, lengan kanan Wagiyo juga melepuh dan menghitam seperti gosong. Terdapat benjolan-benjolan di permukaan kulit yang berisi cairan. Kondisi itu membuat lengan kanan Wagiyo sulit untuk digerakkan.⠀ ⠀ Pada Rabu (30/9/2020) sore, sukarelawan dari PMI Sragen datang untuk menjemput Wagiyo dan membawanya ke RSUD dr. On yesterdays ocean day we caught 6 turtles, including this male hawksbill. On his front flippers there were many stephanolepas muricata - parasites from the barnacle family. . They burrow in between the scutes on the flippers, sometimes on the plastron too. Often, when there are wounds, they will burrow in them. HEAVY SMOKING 🚬 #LungHealth These are the charcoaled lungs of a life-long heavy smoker! Have you ever wondered where the black or brown color comes from? When you inhale cigarette smoke, there are thousands of tiny carbon-based particles that are inhaled. As soon as you inhale a puff of cigarette smoke, your body is alerted to the fact that toxic particles have invaded. Inflammatory cells rush to the scene. One type of white blood cell called macrophages may be thought of as the garbage trucks of our immune systems. Macrophages essentially eat the nasty brown-black particles in cigarette smoke in a process called phagocytosis. Since these particles could be damaging even to garbage truck cells, they are walled off in tiny vesicles and stored as toxic waste. And there they sit. As more and more macrophages containing debris build up in the lungs and lymph nodes within the chest, the darker the lungs appear. Its important to state that not all black lungs are related to tobacco smoke. Other irritants that can be inhaled may cause this appearance as well, such as the black lung disease sometimes seen in coal miners. A 2018 large-scale study of more than 100,000 patients by the Harvard School of Public Health found that those who chose to eat a healthy diet rich in vegetables; exercise at least 30 minutes a day; maintain a healthy body weight; limit their alcohol use; & chose not to smoke during adulthood, had an 82% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, a 65% lower chance of dying from cancer, and a 74% lower risk of dying from all causes during follow-up. हस्तरेखा ज्ञान आज बात करते है हाथ के अँगूठे की - 1- कुछ लोगो के अँगूठे पीछे नही मुड़ते है ऐसे लोग जो निश्चित कर लेते है वही final होता है वो किसी की नही सुनते। कुछ हद तक जिद्दी होते है। ऐसे लोग अपने निर्णयों पर स्थिर रहते है अधिकतर इनके निर्णय सही भी होते है। यह लोग किसी से गुस्सा हो जाये तो बहुत समय तक नाराज रहते है। बहुत मुश्किल से माफ करते है। 2- कुछ लोगो के अँगूठे लचीले होते है आसानी से पीछे मुड़ जाते है ऐसे लोग खुद को कही भी बहुत जल्दी adjust कर लेते है। किसी से नाराज हो जाये तो बहुत जल्द भूल जाते है। समझदार होते है लोग इनकी बात सुनते है अमल करते है। ऐसे लोग किसी की सलाह आसानी से मान जाते है यानि दृण निश्चयी नही होते है भावुक होते है अपनी कमी और गलतियों को स्वीकारने वाले होते है। 3- कुछ लोगो के अँगूठे होते ही पीछे है लचीले इतने कि कितना ही मोड़ लो फ़ोटो में देखे । ऐसे लोगो का गुस्सा कपूर की तरह है तुरन्त उड़ जाता है। गुस्सा कम आता है लेकिन जब आता है तो कुछ मिनट इन्हें संभालना कठिन होता है लेकिन कुछ देर में यह शान्त हो जाते है और अपने गुस्से पर अफसोस जाहिर करते है। यह लोग भावुक होते है इनके पास पैसा है तो बिना सोच विचार के किसी की भी मदद कर सकते है। दयालु होते है किसी तरह की कोई जोर जबरदस्ती नही करते। काम के प्रति लापरवाह होते है लेकिन एक बार निश्चय कर लिया तो काम को अन्जाम देकर ही दम लेते है। 4- कुछ लोगो के अँगूठे बीच से पतले होते है और नाखून वाला हिस्सा चौड़ा होता है ऐसे लोग की बुद्धि तेज होती है। प्रतिभाशाली होते है। सीखने की प्रवृत्ति तेज होती है भविष्य के प्रति अधिक सजग होते है। किसी को भी ईमानदारी से सलाह देते है और लोग इनकी सलाह को मानकर लाभ भी उठाते है। गुस्सा इनका खतरनाक होता है खुद को भी चोट पहुँचा सकते है। 5- नाखून वाला भाग मोटा देखने मे अजीब लगता है यह लोग कम बोलते है गुस्से में क्या कुछ कर जाये कहा नही जा सकता। किस के प्रति क्या दुर्भावना लेकर बैठे है कहना मुश्किल है। यह लोग अपनी बात किसी से नही कहते न किसी की सलाह लेते न देते सिर्फ action में विश्वास करते है । लोग ऐसे लोगो से दूर रहना ही पसंद करते है। यह लोग किसी पर भरोसा कर ले तो उसके लिये कुछ भी कर सकते है कुछ भी मतलब कुछ भी। Tip- सुबह उठ कर अवश्य बोले आज मेरा दिन शुभ हो। कल मिलते है। - @harishsharma1 on Instagram

Just one day after I complained about being pregnant for too long, my babe made her grand entrance.😆Every mom can understand the relief, exhaustion and pure love I’m feeling in this photo, captured minutes after birth. She came within 4 hours of us getting to the hospital, I almost ran out of time to get the epidural but did in the end — only to have it kick in for about 20 mins as I pushed her out (not enough pain relief!) The contractions were even worse and more intense than my first labour, and I remember thinking ‘I don’t know if I have the strength to do this today’ but I womaned-up and my body did the rest of the work when my mind felt weak. It’s really amazing what we’re capable of as women. I’m so happy she’s here, and I’ll be squeezing her like this forever.❤️ - @mombosspodcast on Instagram
