BAKING DAY D is for Dinosaur Biscuits 🍪🦕🦖 We joined in the #alphabetchefs challenge running over August and yesterdays recipe was bikkies 🍪 Our first-time making cookies. We usually stick to cupcake recipes with a less firm batter thats easier for Bubby to mix. 👨🍳Our mixture was a little bit too crumbly so I had to do the rolling and cut with the cookie cutter. This left Bubbys hands free to eat the dough while I was busy rolling 🤦🏽♀️ 🦕Bubby stamped Dino feet into the bikkies with his toy dinosaurs. Some he stamped too hard and left holes 😂 some too soft and left no impression and some were just right 🙌 They were really really yummy 😋 the recipe has only four ingredients and will be a recipe well use again. BUT luckily I also learned a thing or two during my WackyBox development: Apply a layer of Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline) to the black part. Leave it on for an hour or so, then wipe off. We did it twice on Sunday night, and 1x the next morning, and then it just seemed like he had too little sleep with dark circles under his eyes. Im sure youve had such ridiculous experiences too! Biblio-TECH is an online book club for kids and tweens. Last August, the kids opted to read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. On our first day, we talked about the concept of character and showed up dressed as our favorite characters from the book! One of our book club members came dressed as the titular courageous and kind boy, Harry Potter (complete with glasses and scar hidden behind his bangs). Other book club members came dressed as Professor McGonagall, Hermione Granger, and a Slytherin student (with badge!). We discussed the different characters we met as we read Chapters 1-3. I told her we were doing a Feista theme and she came through with all the goods! I was blown away 💕 Thank you to Nita and all the Yay Baby gang for everything you have done for us during Logan’s first year 🥰⠀ ⠀ 🌟 @funhq.au ⠀ The ball pit and soft play was a MASSIVE success and everything was so simple. Emma camen, delivered everything and set everything up and it was so much fun. Kept all the kiddies entertained for the whole day. La maternité est une chose à laquelle personne ne peut nous préparer. Tout dun coup, il y a un nouveau membre dans la famille, un membre qui na jamais existé. Peu importe le temps que nous avons passé à nous préparer à cela, cela nous frappe dune manière que nous n’aurions jamais imaginée. Nous sommes remplies de tant damour, et pourtant si fatiguées. Certains jours, nous avons envie de nous cacher, et pourtant, lorsquils sendorment, ils nous manquent... Tant démotions contradictoires qui se bousculent dans nos têtes. Nous arrivons quelquefois à un point où nous ne n’arrivons plus à nous reconnaître, ni physiquement dans le miroir, ni intérieurement. J’ecris tout cela ce matin, car après mettre entendu au micro de Clémentine, je réalise une fois de plus le chemin parcouru.. À son micro, j’ai évoqué ma maternité oui mais aussi ma féminité.. Cette féminité assumée qui me permettra d’accompagner mes filles dans la leur. Devenir maman a réveillé ce désir ardent de devenir une meilleure personne. Jai ressenti le besoin de travailler sur moi-même, de devenir entière, de maîtriser mes émotions, davoir plus confiance en moi, de gérer mes insécurités, daccepter mes faiblesses et de maimer. Responsable de deux futures femmes aujourd’hui, je me dois de faire en sorte quelles deviennent des êtres humains aussi complets quelles pourront l’être.. Pour leur donner une chance, je devais me donner une chance à moi-même. Javais besoin de commencer à vivre, dêtre plus gentille avec moi-même, de me débarrasser de la surcharge émotionnelle, de maimer de tout mon cœur et de pratiquer lacceptation de soi. Je me suis perdue pour me retrouver, et je leur dois tout. Grâce à elles, je suis en train de devenir une meilleure personne. Grâce à elles est né @notjustmom_ puis @___bonjourmadame___. C’est la troisième fois que je me raconte au micro d’une femme qui m’interroge sur ma maternité. Et bien que mon histoire reste la même, j’aime le fait qu’en fonction des questions que l’on me pose: je me raconte différemment. Alors merci @bliss.stories pour ce moment si spécial. Сюрприз этот в прошлом веке в Кёнигсберге назывался шультюте- большой конусообразный конверт со сладостями и игрушками. Как красиво украшен этот первый в школьные годы подарок маленького мальчика! Большой, яркий, празднично оформленный блестящей бумагой, закрытый сверху гофрированным колпачком, чтобы как можно дольше продлить ощущение загадочного содержимого, он в центре украшен маленькой фигуркой девочки- первоклассницы, нарядной и улыбчивой, с ранцем- портфелем за плечами... Очень милое фото передает ощущение волнения юного первоклассника, одетого в нарядную и строгую форму маленького морячка. Матросский воротник, на околыше кепи надпись на немецком языке, за спиной будущего ученика ранец из красивой ткани с орнаментом, он украшен маленькими мешочками- подвесками, начищенная обувь- таков облик юного первоклассника из далекого прошлого века... Мальчик серьезен и сосредоточен, в его глазах можно увидеть некоторую тревогу перед неизвестностью. Он впервые вступает во взрослую жизнь...Какой она сложилась у него-вне зависимости от того, куда приведет правда..Нам не дано, к сожалению, узнать... Я про всё задавал вопросики, он доходчиво отвечал. ⠀ Это лето неповторимое: слепни, блёсны, улов плотвы, а с годами — непоправимое чувство грусти и теплоты. ⠀ Дни кружили, как крылья бабочки, и трещали поля цикад. Я собрал насекомых в баночки и поставил в длиннющий ряд. ⠀ Мама мяла клубнику с сахаром, заливая всё молоком. Деревенских пугают страхами, только я с ними незнаком. Поговаривали, на кладбище на Купалу горят огни, я, конечно, не верю в россказни, но без взрослых туда ни-ни. ⠀ Всё черешнево, дом в порядке, и у бабушки много сил: генералит шеренгой с грядками, может всё, что ни попроси. Жаль, что дед не увидит этого, вот однажды доем лапшу и открою его планету я, и в деталях нас опишу: ⠀ — Дед, смотри, какой я ракитовый, лазуритовый и большой! На двери деревянный щит прибит, не волнуйся: всё хо-ро-шо! ⠀ Я по плечи стою июльевый — повелитель лесных дорог, мы решили с соседкой Юлией разузнать, где курячий бог прячет солнечные колёсики, чтобы временем управлять.
