- AVIÃO DE LONGO ALCANCE AIRBUS A350 IRÁ OPERAR NO BRASIL EM 2015 - O aeroporto de Guarulhos, em São Paulo, recebeu nesta quinta-feira (07) pela primeira vez o modelo Airbus A350 XWB, novo avião de longo alcance da fabricante francesa. A aeronave está em fase final de testes para a sua certificação. O avião será concorrente direto do Boeing 787 Dreamliner, no entanto a capacidade do Airbus será maior (cerca de 50 lugares a mais). A aeronave terá três modelos: o A350-800 com 276 assentos (que veio para a certificação no Brasil), o A350-900 com 315 lugares e o A350-1000 para 396 passageiros. A TAM será a primeira companhia aérea da América a operar o avião. A empresa já encomendou 27 aeronaves, sendo que a primeira inicia suas operações no país a partir de dezembro de 2015. Inovações - Em termos de inovação tecnológica, o Airbus A350 oferece 25% mais economia de combustível e custos de manutenção até 10% mais baratos devido às mudanças na estrutura da aeronave. Há também uma iluminação interna com luzes LED que permite criar uma combinação de 16,7 milhões de cores para criar um ambiente mais confortável e reduzir a sensação de jet lag (fadiga de viagem). O primeiro avião será entregue até o final deste ano para a companhia aérea Qatar Airways. A meta da Airbus é a partir desta entrega estabelecer a produção de 10 aeronaves por mês. Atualmente a empresa já conta com 742 pedidos de 38 companhias aéreas de modelos do A350 XWB — o preço de catálogo para os aviões é de: US$ 260,9 milhões (modelo A350-800); US$ 295,2 milhões (modelo A350-900) ; e US$ 340,7 milhões (modelo A350-1000). Is this the future of commercial aviation? @Airbus recently revealed the ZEROe concept, three new hydrogen-powered aircraft that can power the future of commercial flight and enter service by 2035. All three planes are designed for a specific purpose: . The turbofan is designed to replace the A220 or A320 with a capacity of 120-200 pax and a range of over 2000 nautical miles. Hydrogen would be carried at the tail of the plane to power the engines. . The turboprop design is similar to the Dash 8 series aircraft and can carry 100 pax with a range of 1000 nautical miles. . The Boeing 777X is really a stunner! And a stunning flight took place on Monday this week, on which the WH002 was the first 777X to cross the 10h barrier and, with over 17 US states, flown the longest flight route from Yuma to Yuma! The flight was quite interesting, with a topseed of 559kts at 39000ft, the highest altitudes were a about 41,000 feet, at which very good efficiency was achieved. The purpose for such a flight was a airworthiness test for longer distances in order to put the propulsion system, the navigation (also AUTONAV), the automatic fuel calculation and consumption managment to the test. Now that the GE9X has passed all the basic function tests, it will soon be time for ETOPS tests, which will also include flight tests. Самолёт пилотировал экипаж под командованием заслуженного лётчика-испытателя СССР Героя Советского Союза Станислава Близнюка. Полёт прямо над центральными районами Москвы продолжался 40 минут. В процессе испытаний Ил-96 выполнил несколько примечательных полётов на дальность, в том числе Москва — Петропавловск-Камчатский — Москва без посадки в Петропавловске. 14 800 км пути самолёт преодолел за 18 часов 9 минут. 9 июня 1992 года Ил-96 перелетел из Москвы в Портленд через Северный полюс, проведя в воздухе 15 часов. Самолёт испытывался в Якутске при −50 °C и в Ташкенте при +40 °C. По итогам испытаний 29 декабря 1992 года самолёту вручили сертификат лётной годности.
