Expansion plans have been revealed for Manchesters Space Studios, which will involve the development of two new 20,000 square foot stages at their West Gorton site. The film and TV facility has announced the exciting plans today, which would see it grow its footprint to cover 105,000 square feet of stage space - and with the opening of supporting accommodation, would grow Space Studios to cover a total area of 17 acres. Recent successes for Space Studios have included hit drama Devs, which was broadcast on the BBC and FX on Hulu. Se nos encargó presentar una propuesta re-novadora para los Centros de Integración Social. ⠀ Enfocándonos en los sectores jóvenes-adultos y mujeres jefas de hogar, propusimos un programa mixto: un Parque Educativo en el que funcionaría una Escuela de Huerta y Paisaje junto a la Facultad de Agronomía de Villa Maria y un Centro de Atención y Formación; con consultorios, aulas, mediateca y un taller textil. ⠀ El diseño de los edificios incluía todas las características típicas de la Arquitectura Pasiva: alta compacidad, muy buena orientación norte, elevado aislamiento térmico, muy buena protección solar, puentes térmicos muy reducidos, alta hermeticidad al paso del aire y una propuesta para la recuperación de temperaturas muy eficiente. ⠀ Para optimizar la protección solar se opto por una sistema de persianas manejables manualmente. Para controlar el sobrecalmentamiento en verano, por las noches se propuso un sistema de ventilación natural cruzada, para prescindir del sistema de ventilación mecánico. ⠀ Ante situaciones de Emergencia, como la que se nos presenta hoy con el COVID-19, el edificio completo se transformaba en un salón único gracias a los paneles móviles que separan cada estancia. ⠀ Proyecto piloto encargo del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación (2017-2018). The whole development is conceived as a vertical city that integrates the different uses in two buildings on two plots, connected by sky bridges and platforms. . Housing talent services, education and training, incubation spaces, communal sports facilities, retail and residential units, this micro city vertically stacks 4 stratums: Talent Park, Training Campus, Enterprise Hub and Smart Community. . The design is built around the idea of sky streets and community spaces that encourage interaction and connection. Spacious open-air sky platforms offer rich amenities and landscaping and act as a bridge to the same thematic zones on different plots. . This pandemic has shown that new approaches are urgently needed to ensure the health and safety of building users. In response to this need the design places a strong emphasis on naturally ventilated public spaces and circulation routes to reduce the time spent in enclosed spaces with potential exposure to pathogens. A series of escalators in the atrium space connect the four different sky streets, forming a 3-dimensional loop which is open to the public and connects the different programmes to each other. Estamos muy contentos de haber logrado la autorización ambiental para la construcción del nuevo Hospital Sótero del Río 😀 👉Este lunes 7 de septiembre, la Comisión de Evaluación Ambiental de la Región Metropolitana aprobó por unanimidad la construcción del nuevo Hospital Sótero del Río en la comuna de Puente Alto, Santiago. El nuevo recinto de salud, a cargo de Sacyr, beneficiará a más de 1,5 millones de personas y contempla la construcción de un nuevo establecimiento que reemplace al actual recinto en un terreno de 30 hectáreas y con una superficie de 213.803 metros cuadrados. 🏥Las obras albergarán un edificio principal en forma de placa con tres niveles y tres módulos, además de dos subterráneos donde habrá un cuarto modulo. Además, contará con un total de 710 camas, 39 pabellones, y especialidades como cardiología, neurocirugía, traumatología, entre otras. 🔉Ante esto, el intendente de la región Metropolitana, Felipe Guevara, manifestó que “sin duda es una gran noticia para la región y para los habitantes del sector suroriente de la capital, ya que el nuevo recinto será de alta complejidad y entregará atención hospitalaria y ambulatoria, beneficiando a cerca de 1,5 millones de personas de la Provincia Cordillera, específicamente de las comunas de La Florida, Puente Alto, Pirque y San José de Maipo”. 🇨🇱En Chile, nuestra empresa es líder en infraestructura hospitalaria, con la adjudicación de 6 hospitales, que suman más de 2.400 camas y casi 629.000 m2. Millenium Complex represents a unique hotel and office building developed to be integrated in the area of Valdebebas, one of the most important residential, business and leisure districts of Madrid. The 3 building blocks have 11 levels up and 2 down, offering various functionalities and uses. The design was elaborated with the goal to highlight building volumes, thus achieving the game between the heights and the corners to give dynamism to the whole complex. Single and unique basement allows the creation of a central space where the blocks´ activities are related and communicated. Luego de semanas de trabajo ya podemos reencontrándonos de forma segura y de la mano del arte, con una intervención de gran escala en el acceso de Pedro de Valdivia. La que desde la mirada del destacado artista nacional Nelson Rivas @el_cekis, nos recibe con un mural de piso de más de 1.000 m2, lo que sumado al diseño y aplicación de señalética de distanciamiento físico, nos deja invitados a vivir una nueva forma de entender el espacio público, dialogando con el arte y la naturaleza. Das Ziel sind 11.000 Unterschriften die notwendig sind un dem Berliner Senat zeigen zu können, dass das Basketball Zentrum wirklich wichtig und gewollt ist! * * Für alle die sich vorab informieren möchten um was es geht, here you go: In Berlin fehlen Sport, Turnhallen und Flächen für die freie Kunst. Und das nicht zu knapp. Der Stadt Berlin fehlen rund 200 Hallen und 150 Freiplätze, um den bestehenden Bedarf für Sportler:innen in Berlin zu decken. Durch Corona haben sich die Bedingungen für Sport und Kultur drastisch geändert, daher bedarf es an Fläche die weitläufig und für die Öffentlichkeit gut und jederzeit zugänglich ist. Der Bedarf an überdachter Nutzungsfläche ist wesentlich höher als das zur Verfügung stehende Angebot. Für Freizeitsportler und Künstler, darunter auch Kinder und junge Erwachsene, die außerhalb der Strukturen Sport treiben und Kultur schaffen möchten, gibt es damit keine praktikable Alternative zu Freiplätzen oder Parks. Bei ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen (z. B. Regen, Schnee, Wind & Hitze) fallen leider auch diese Alternativen weg. Um den Sport- und Kulturbetrieb in Berlin auch bei ungewissen Witterungsbedingungen über das ganze Jahr hinweg für Berlinerinnen und Berliner gewährleisten zu können, soll bis zum Oktober 2020 eine öffentliche, überdachte Sportanlage entstehen – der dritte Ort. Er soll allen, ob jung oder alt, niedrigschwellig, kostengünstig und stets zugänglich zur Verfügung stehen. Begründung Die flexible und moderne Leichtbau-Konstruktion bietet nicht nur eine schnelle Lösung gegen die Hallenknappheit und ungünstige Wetterbedingungen, sondern stellt eine ökologisch nachhaltige Alternative zu herkömmlichen Sport-und Kulturhallen dar. Die Wände der Halle können problemlos geöffnet werden, so dass eine gute Durchlüftung gewährleistet ist. La Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) invertirá cerca de 166 mil millones de colones en el desarrollo de ocho proyectos de construcción y equipamiento durante los próximos nueve años en la provincia de Puntarenas. SO-IL @solidobjectives developed the project “Into the Hedge” with the preservation team at the Miller House and Garden, a mid-century home devoted to the work of Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen in Columbus, Indiana @exhibitcolumbus. “Into the Hedge” consists of 130 trees covered in pink, yellow and blue nylon webbing hammocks, with the trees to be replanted in the Miller House garden at a later date. The team came up with the idea in response to a need to replant a hedgerow of 70-year-old arbor vitae trees that wrap Saarinens property. After the exhibition the trees can be permanently planted in the garden, making a direct link between the installations original architectural inspiration and a contribution to the stewardship of one of Columbus, Indianas seven National Historic Landmarks.” The US based architecture firm has continually pushed its exploration of materials and ecologies. In collaboration with artist Ana Prvački the group created air-filtering skins turned costumes for a musical performance for the 2017 Biennial. The seven-minute piece titled “Lair pour lair,” was performed by musicians from the Chicago Sinfonietta at Garfield Park Conservatory. Тут надо вернуться на годик назад. Правительство ПК проводило конкурс среди всех муниципальных образований края по развитию предпринимательства. В Находке администрация и бизнес (представители «Опоры России») разработали и представили проект в сфере туризма. Этот план развития включал в себя организацию морского пассажирского сообщения, морских прогулок, создание турмаршрутов, разработку и запуск мобильного туристического приложения и многое другое. Данный проект получил заслуженную оценку экспертов Правительства Приморского края, которые приняли решение поощрить первые 5 мест (Находка - второе) субсидией, в размере 10 млн.рублей Догадываетесь, о чем это мы? Именно!
