He came to me at 233 pounds looking to change his lifestyle, and only wanted help with the nutrition since he was working out with T.H.E. Assistant Trainer @officialjfitness on a daily basis. Open communication and hard work helped this man go from 233 pounds to 209 pounds with a loss of 6 inches from his waist. I salute you Kenny and thanks for being there to push him Jonathan.
