13 years ago on our honeymoon my smile was still a little lopsided because 1/2 of my face was still semi-paralyzed from a nasty case of MRSA which nearly killed me a week before our wedding. The thing I remember most about that ordeal was how supportive Theresa was even though our wedding plans were blown to bits. I wish I could say it’s the only time she’s sat by me as I was writhing in agony, be it physical or mental. She’s certainly seen me through the best of times and the worst of times.
