And luckily I have to say, this is such a trilogy which none other trilogy can match its level (ahead of its time). Back to those years, when filmmaking was an art. The second installment of the dollars trilogy and a direct sequel to, A fistful of dollars (1964) which delivers you a violent, epic and genuine western classic. Featuring the legendary and greatest cowboys in the history of Spaghetti Westerns, Clint Eastwood and Lee van cleef reprising their roles as bounty hunters who are on a spree to hunt the most wanted criminal El Indio (Gian Maria Volonte). In term of locations, direction, cinematography and camerawork, Sergio Leone took the western movies to an another level. It was ahead of its time. Beautifully shot chasing sequences, gunfights. Great and realistic locations. Once Again Ennio Morricone strikes with his evergreen Masterful music. Epic, evergreen, intense that will let you spellbound. And I cant praise any particulars acting. Clint Eastwood, Lee van Cleef and Gian Maria Volonte, this names are enough to review it. Honestly, they were just born for this movie...... The entire trilogy is a sign of perfection.
