5 RICETTE CON LA ZUCCA 🎃 Signori e Signore, proprio lei, la verdura più amata al mondo. La sua stagione è arrivata, e tutti noi siamo abituati a prepararla tagliandola a fette e cuocendola in forno con olio e rosmarino a 180° per circa 30 minuti. In realtà la zucca si adatta a tantissime preparazioni, perciò ecco 5 modi in cui utilizzarla (e guai a chi questa sera non mangia zucca! 😂) ——— 1- CHIPS DI ZUCCA: tagliala a fettine sottili sottili e cuoci in forno a 200° per 20 minuti, con un filo d’olio e sale. 2- CREMA DI ZUCCA (per 4 persone): un perfetto piatto unico autunnale. Cuoci 1kg di zucca al forno, e metti a bollire 200g di patate. Frullale insieme una volta cotte, con qualche cucchiaio di acqua di cottura delle patate, fino a raggiungere la consistenza desiderata. Condisci con olio evo, caprino e crostini di pane. Servi calda. 3- SEMI DI ZUCCA ARROSTO: ricetta anti spreco. Lava bene i semi di zucca e lasciali asciugare su un canovaccio (anche tutta la notte). Disponi poi su una teglia con olio evo e poco sale, cuoci al forno a 150° per 50 minuti. 4- GNOCCHI DI ZUCCA: forma l’impasto con 500g di polpa di zucca cotta (non deve essere acquosa, in caso asciugala in un pentolino sul fuoco), 100g di farina, 1 uovo sbattuto. Dai la forma agli gnocchi e cuoci in acqua bollente. Condisci semplicemente con burro e salvia, speck e noci, oppure funghi e gorgonzola. 5- PANCAKE ALLA ZUCCA: circa 2 o 3 cucchiai di polpa di zucca cotta, 80ml di albume, 40g di farina e lievito qb. Mischia tutto e cuoci come normali pancake. Condisci con gocce di cioccolato (che stanno benissimo anche nell’impasto). ——— COME SCEGLIERE LA ZUCCA PERFETTA? Consiglio sempre la Delica (buccia verde). Dimensioni medie. Schiacciata al centro. Buccia spessa.
