Jan - June 2020 . ▶️ Start: Jan 31 @ 133lbs ⏭ Heaviest Weight: May 11...Accidentally bulked to 145lbs ⏯ Current: June 27 @ 139lbs . Takeaways: 🔅 I was heavier on Saturday than I was in January but my body composition is much different 🔅Made the most to build some muscle / strength under the fluff 🔅Actually tracked my diet with macros 6/7 days a week with no restrictions. 🔅Enjoyed life on my re-feed days with either take-out food, frozen pizza, alcohol, pancakes, a full bag of chips or popcorn and, more alcohol... more alcohol 🔅Following a powerlifting program with scattered sessions of cardio on a bike, playing volleyball, jokingly trying to beat someone’s daily steps but nothing too structured on that end 🔅 TBH there was no real end goal. Just the usual get stronger, be more healthy, increase endurance... at the end of the day it’s really keeping up a sustainable lifestyle!! 🔅diets aren’t linear, trust the process and the consistency will pay off. PART THREE OF THREE: Christine got two more weeks. We got her started on an aggressive pain med regimen and hid the medication in Christines food. She would eat absolutely anything. It was impossible to eat with her on your lap because she squirmed and barked to get at our food! Christine got to go on the hikes and to wineries. She had excellent hearing and I would oftentimes find her laying at my feet. Everyone gave her scraps in the lobby and cradled her while having conversations. On Christines last day she got a Fudgesicle. Cold on her little ailing mouth and chocolate. It was the way to go out. Christines euthanasia was an individualized decision that was made in her best interest when we could no longer sneakily hide her pain medication without her spitting it out. She began pawing at her eye and mouth, and the deal was that if we could not make her comfortable we would not keep on. Alicia, Andy, and I brought Christine to High Valley Veterinary Hospital on Monday, September 28th, and peacefully put her to sleep. Dr. Gilbert pointed out how lucky she was to have four sets of hands on her in her last moments. As devastating as it was that Christines family abandoned her when she needed their courage and advocacy the most, and as sad as the loss of life is, none of us cried. We had made peace with the decision, we knew it was necessary. We had given little Christine all that we could, we cried every tear she deserved in desperation to help her thrive and in a life thats not fair. All that was left was a dignified send off. Christine, we loved you. I was absolutely exhausted last night. I decided it was a night that I really needed some rest. I decided I should put all the cats out of my room and close the door 😱 At 2am something woke me. Fading in and out of consciousness, I heard a scratching at the door. After about 10 minutes I was awake. I was just too tired to get up so I just decided to wait it out. Certainly whoever was scratching to get into my room would give up any minute because they had already been doing it for 10 minutes. 2:15am still scratching 2:20am still scratching 2:25am still scratching 2:30am still scratching 2:35am still scratching 2:40am still scratching 2:45am still scratching Ok I give up. I open the door and who’s looking up at me? My little Wimp. He won, he comes in and lays at the foot of my bed. THEN, I’m not even kidding, less than 2 minutes later I hear him jump off the bed (he always makes a cute little trill when he jumps) and he leaves the room 😕 45 minutes of scratching at the door so he can lay on my bed for 2 minutes and then leave the room. گاچه یا کاچه (가체) کلاه گیس بزرگی است که زنان کره ای بر سر می گذارند. در کره زنانی که از طبقات بالای اجتماعی بودند و همینطور گیسِنگ ها از کاچه استفاده می کردند. کره ای ها همانند هم عصران غربی خود کلاه گیس های بزرگتر و سنگین تر را هنری تر می دانستند. البته به خاطر گران قیمت بودن آن بعضی از خانواده هایی که جزو قشر پایین جامعه محسوب می شدند برای تهیه یک گاچه ی جدید برای عروس خود ۶ تا ۷ سال وقت می گذاشتند. هرچند، گاچه در سلسله های دیگر کره نظیر گوریو، گوگوریو، بکجه، شیلا، بالهه، گایا و چوسان قدیم رونق گرفت. این کلاه گیس ها را با ابریشم، طلا، جواهرات، نقره، مرجان، یشم و بسیاری چیزهای دیگر تزیین می کردند. مطمئنا اکثر شما گاچه را در سريالهاي تاريخي کره اي ديده ايد! اولين،بارتان بود؟؟ دوستانتان را تگ کنيد! منبع：همه چيزدرباره کره - @imagine.your.korea on Instagram
