Great seeing some of the results others are experiencing with some of these training aspects. @strong_by_science @Regrann from @the_san.imal - *LONG APPRECIATION POST * So those that know me,know the Ive had my fair share of injuries over the last 10-15years. The price you pay for pushing your body to its limits.but,the reason why I know, what I know about human body is by learning how to fix myself.After all they say the best lessons are learnt the hard way right?🤷🏿‍♂️ But one injury that Ive not been able to fix is a high hamstring tendinopathy for the last 10months. Ive seen osteos,myotherpists,podiatrist,physios and still very little improvement. Its frustrating playing sport and training at 60-70%,fellow athletes Im sure know the feeling. Listening to the @bourkie55 podcast with @vandykestrength they talked about isometrics and the effects on tendons a long with something called the glute layering systems.(Stay tuned for more info on this) Anyways Matt is a Divi 1 NCAA coach in America and has Co authored the book Triphasic Training so I figured he wouldnt have time to answer questions on insta .but I messaged anyway and he gave me a protocol to work on and after 10months this is the best my hamstring has felt.
