- PC is not starting up in 30 seconds anymore. Now it takes up to 15 minutes, giving me this screen. The only way to get rid of it is to force-restart PC up to 5-7 times. The line in the top left blinks rapidly, and next to the green rectangle, there is an N with a ~ above it.
