Пришло время изменить… Но первая об этом намекнула мне она… Выпивая утром очередную чашку кофе со вкусным пирожным в одном из кафе Гонконга мне написала моя одноклассница @chanyuliia и где-то в конце нашей переписки неожиданно сказала прямо: «Женя ты выглядишь, очень толстым в свои годы. Подумай об этом. Я думаю пришло время тебе изменить свою жизнь»! В тот день хорошенько раскинув мозгами я понял, что так больше продолжаться не может. Нужны конкретные перемены, иначе все это как снежный ком вырастет еще больше! Хотя куда уже больше расти, все и так было понятно. Встав на весы я был в аухе когда обнаружил, что стрелка на весах неминуемо приблизилась к отметке 108 кг. Поняв, что нынешняя жизнь убивает меня как капля никотина убивает лошадь, хотя лошадь, наверное, быстрее бы сдохла от такой жизни, вечером этого же дня я принялся искать способы как быстро сбросить вес и привезти себя в порядок. В поисках идеального средства к быстрому похудению я принялся штудировать пространство интернета, в котором ровным счетом кроме назойливых диет и быстрых способов похудеть выпив волшебную таблетку ничего не было. Неожиданно для меня раздался видеозвонок. Это был мой двоюродный брат @andrei.szvl . Он не так давно начал заниматься бегом. Новость которую мне он сообщил повергла меня в шок: «Я пробежал полумарафон, 21 километр». Глядя на его похудевшее лицо, я понял, что нашел это средство и осталось дело за малым, начать бегать! tak ada yang lebih menakjubkan dari kekuatan seniman yang didorong energi EMPATI pada nasib sesamanya, seperti aktivis, seniman dan pejuang HAM dari China ini: Ai Wei Wei. Ajang seni di Bienale Sydney 2018 lalu ia mengonstruksi instalasi raksasa perahu karet sepanjang 60 meter dengan ratusan boneka karet di dalamnya yang seolah memakai jaket pelampung. Wei Wei menggedor hati dunia dengan kekuatan representasional karyanya berjudul law of the journey (2017) yang menohok peristiwa krisis kemanusiaan para pengungsi berbagai negara, terutama dari Timur Tengah yang terdampar dan ditolak sejumlah negara, di sekitar 2016-2018. Delapan tahun sebelumnya, ia juga mengoyak-koyak mata dunia, bagaimana ia membuka aib bahwa iklim modernitas di China telah membunuh ribuan pengrajin tradisional yang sekarang kehilangan pekerjaan, yang turun-temurun mereka membuat porselin selama ribuan tahun pada era Dinasti2 Kerajaan. Selama dua tahun lebih, sejak 2008/2009/2010 ia menyewa 1600 artisan/ pengrajin keramik untuk membuat semacam puncak puisi berbentuk patung2 kecil, yakni 100.000.000 bijih porselin bunga matahari, yang dilukisi dengan detil satu persatu usai menjalani proses pembakaran keramik dan di pamerkan di turbine hall, Tate Modern, Inggeris pada 2010. Judul karya itu, seeds of sun flower yang sering diplesetkan Seeds of HOPE, patung-patung biji yang bertransformasi menolong ribuan pengrajin. Wei-wei adalah tipe seniman yang benar-benar paham tentang konsep kesetiakawanan-sosial dan kemanusiaan pun keadaban yang sangat kita junjung dalam nilai-nilai Pancasila, meskipun hanya itu mungkin semacam jargon saja dalam kehidupan keseharian kita? . stability looks into the mirror and finds stagnancy in the reflection and i call myself mirror there is a boat in the middle of an ocean but i realise i am rowing my body with oars smelling like time, which flows upstream and moving against my will. i am chasing a dogs tail and running wars in my head for not able to catch it. there is grief holding onto my hands with interweaving knuckles and there is emptiness which i am holding onto. when lights go off and i accept myself for who i am, thats how beauty and terror exists at the same time. when i look at my old photographs, there is crisis in experiencing my mortality, romanticism in suffering and toddling in maturity. there is this same sound but bitterness in listening to my own voice and sweetness in hearing a song sung from my mouth. there is an inner wake up call embedded in my heart and there are exterior callings but there is no receiver and the telephone wires are entangled. there is compassion in feeding the poor and guilt in feeding parts of myself which i dont like. i am hanging on a thin wire with no gravity and the worst part is that i am not afraid. - @lifexplorer.art on Instagram
