Feeling extremely sluggish and bloated today after my massive Easter dinner yesterday. [PLEASE READ] This is me. 2 Years ago and right now.. I remember the struggle I had with my own Body and the insecurities which followed afterwards.. I thought of myself as not beautiful and could not imagine that somebody else would love me like this, because I didn‘t myself. . So I decided to lose weight and started to go to the gym but I still ate the wrong way and didn’t lose any weight which felt so frustrating that I stopped going to the gym after a few months.. but I was still unhappy. Someday I started to eat less and less until it became a habit to eat only 1 meal per day without any excuses, even if I had only Breakfast I would starve until the next day.. because I felt that there is no other way to lose the weight. I was so obsessed with it.. I couldn’t even realize how it broke my self esteem and my mentality. . I only lived for the next day hoping the day passes quickly without me eating too much.. and yes I saw some difference and I also lost weight without doing Workouts or going to the Gym but my Body didn’t feel good at all and ofc I also don‘t had the energy to do something. . Sometime the starvation was too much and I ate, and ate which led to Binge eating and ofc Jojo effect until I FINALLY decided last year in Summer 2019 to Workout AND eat healthier. Not to starve myself and not to dispense the food I love. And this is how it started for me to live a healthier life and I‘m happier than ever! I still have my insecurities with my Body and I still tend to Binge and Overeat sometimes but I know that I can work on it and I will do that! I learned to accept my Body how it is and that being thin isn‘t the only way to be beautiful.. I just want to be happy and healthy! I love to do my Workouts and be fit, also to cook healthy and find healthier snacks 😂 it became a Lifestyle of mine and I‘m completely satisfied with it! 😇 And you can do, no matter what it is, if you want to lose or gain weight it doesn’t matter just please start loving yourself and see the BEAUTIFUL YOU and we can achieve everything we want! 💗🌱 #weightlossjourney #euzey - @euzey_ on Instagram
