@ricasoli1141 Castello di Brolio. — Con 1.200 ettari totali di cui 230 vitati è la superficie più ampia del Chianti Classico ed anche quella con più diversità di suoli. — Un lavoro di tre anni voluto da @francescoricasoli insieme all’agronomo Massimiliano Biagi che hanno incaricato il CRA (oggi CREA: Consiglio per la ricerca in agricoltura e lanalisi delleconomia agraria) di studiare il territorio. — 19 suoli di cui alcuni molto simili che poi sono stati sintetizzati in 5 più rappresentativi: — Li vedete in sequenza nella slide: ▪️Macigno del Chianti: Sabbie e pietre, conosciuto come Arenarie, sono le più comuni del Chianti Classico e si trovano intorno al castello (400-500 m.s.l.m). Vini corposi e strutturati. (Sangiovese, Merlot, Chardonnay) ▪️Scaglia Toscana: Galestro o come indicato nei libri di geologia,Argillite di Brolio. Sono argille compattate (400-500 m s.l.m) e danno vita a vini complessi e con importante concentrazione di tannini. ▪️Monte Morello: è il terreno più diffuso, chiamato Alberese. Pietre, povero di sostanze organiche, calcareo. (390 m s.l.m). Cab. Sauvignon,Merlot,Sangiovese. Qui si trova il vigneto di Colledila’. Zona di eccellenza. Vini di ottima struttura, tannini levigati. ▪️Depositi Marini: ciottoli, sabbie, pietre levigate dal mare. Buona presenza di sostanza organica. (300 - 350 m s.l.m). Prevalenza Sangiovese. Vini freschi, sapidi, eleganti. Qui si trova il vigneto di Roncicone. ▪️Terrazzo Fluviale Antico: ciottoli di fiume, depositi limosi, presenza argilla. A degustação que já era ótima, ficou louca de especial🤩!!! 🍷 Vinhos da noite!!! 1 - Vitale Sangiovese 2018 🏭 @valparaiso_vinhos_e_vinhedos localizada em Barão/RS na serra gaúcha, produz vinhos de lotes limitados, com castas pouco comuns e com mínima intervenção ❤️. 🍇 Sangiovese. 🛢Vinificação natural e não filtrado. Continuiamo con le degustazioni della nostra quarantena. Questo vino per me è stata “LA CHIAVE” che mi ha dato un ulteriore spinta a studiare ancor di più il mondo del vino. Quest’etichetta mi ricorda molto il mio caro amico @vino_mania_ a cui dedico il post. Quella di Zenato è la storia di una famiglia che affonda le radici nella terra. Questo grazie alla passione e alla visione imprenditoriale del suo fondatore Sergio che lo hanno guidato nella realizzazione del suo sogno più grande: creare un’azienda vinicola capace di cogliere i frutti della terra e trasformarli in emozioni dal sapore unico. Oggi, a oltre 60 anni di distanza, sono i risultati a raccontare lo straordinario valore di quella visione da cui ha avuto origine una grande storia che ha come protagonista la famiglia di Sergio Zenato: la moglie Carla e i figli Alberto e Nadia. A cavallo tra Lombardia e Veneto, tra i comuni di Sirmione e Peschiera, a pochi passi dalla riva meridionale del Lago di Garda, è situata una delle aree vinicole più originali di tutta Europa. Ma parliamo ora del vino in questione. L’Amarone Classico di Zenato è prodotto dalle migliori uve della tenuta Costalunga, a Sant’Ambrogio nella zona “classica” della Valpolicella. Frutto di passione e in grado di sorprendere chi lo assaggia grazie alla capacità espressiva dei vitigni che lo compongono. Un Amarone che rispecchia una terra carica di significati e tradizioni. L’altitudine delle colline esposte a Sud-Est varia dai 300 ai 350 metri e i terreni sono di prevalenza cretacea e calcarea, con presenza di scheletro. Le uve Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta e Croatina vengono lasciate appassire nel fruttaio per un periodo di 4 mesi circa in cassette di legno. Quando sono ritenute pronte dalla cantina, le uve vengono pigiate e viene avviata la fermentazione alcolica, lasciando macerare sulle bucce il mosto 15-20 giorni. L’affinamento è previsto in botti di rovere per almeno 36 mesi. #モンラッシェ （2003） #コントラフォン 夜の上映でみた映画「ミッドナイトスワン」にはただただ圧倒された。いまだに余韻が残っている。胸を締め付けられるようにもの悲しくて、あんなにも美しいバレエは見たことがない。今年見た日本映画の中では今のところこれが１番。泣けるし退屈しない。そして社会の底辺を描く残酷な生活も、目を覆うようなグロい場面も、苦手な人もいるかも知れないけど心に深くこの映画の印象を刻んでいく。当たり障りないと記憶に残りにくいのはワインも映画も同じかな。 昨日凄いワインを飲みすぎたので、今日からまた謙虚にデイリーワインみたいなのからやり直そうと思ってたのに、いきなりラフォンのモンラッシェを開けてしまった。これも希少なワイン。疑心暗鬼になっているのか、普段あまり気にしないコルクをジロジロ見てしまう。どうやら本物らしい。。 白ワインはここのところ、DRCモンラッシェ、ドーブネ、コシュデュリ、ルフレーブと、インフレしまくってる私の口にも、これは別物のレベルで美味しかった。最高の白ワインを「白鳥の湖」の余韻に浸りながら、昨日あんなに飲んだのに今日もグビグビ飲んでしまう。4.5点。 - @fujitasusumu_wine on Instagram

On the palate white peach, pawpaw, apple and pineapple flavours finishing with a twist of juicy zesty acid. Excellent balance and length. We have crossed the equinox and the chill of the impending winter is permeating the air, particularly so in the lofty uplands of the Chilterns. #wine with #dinner last night, courtesy of @richardcdphillips and @melcopperkins were both excellent examples of #secondwines of prominent #chateaux . #pavillonrouge du @chateaumargaux #2004 had such alluring aromatics; a classic nose of black currant and cigar box, with creamy fine-grained tannins on the palate. Without the majesty of the grand vin, this still shows thrilling breed, along with accessibility, although this is still youthful. #lepetitcheval from #chateauchevalblanc #2002 had a lush roundness to it, showing graphite, redcurrant and black cherry, along with leather and sweet spice. Then, @chateau_montrose ‘s second wine #ladamedemontrose #2005 , expressive with blackcurrant and graphite. Finally, a fantastic bottle of #henribonneau #chateauneufdupape #reservedescelestins #2011 . Der Griesserhof ist urkundlich im Jahre 1192 das erste mal erwähnt und war eine Schenkung des Kloster Neustift an den Bischof von Brixen.Die Besonderheit des Hofes ist seine Lage am Fuße der Gletschermoräne- Gols - in der Mitte des Brixner Talkessels. Der Griesserhof sorgte als sogenannter Maierhof für den Unterhalt des Klerus. Am Griesserhof wurde immer schon Wein gekeltert, im Jahre 2009 wurde das erste Mal Wein in 7/10 Flaschen gefüllt und seit 2016 in DOC Qualität. Derzeit werden auf 6 ha Wein angebaut und ca. 20.000 Flaschen Wein gefüllt. Der Rest der Trauben wird aktuell an das Kloster Neustift verkauft. Der Sortenspiegel umfasst die klassischen Eisacktaler Sorten wie - Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner, Kerner , Veltliner, aber auch die klassisch Südtiroler Sorten wie Sauvignon und Gewürztraminer. Die Besonderheit unseres Weingutes liegt sicherlich in den unterschiedlichen Kleinlagen , Gols, Gall, und Rigger die alle verschiedene Ausrichtungen und Besonderheiten haben, und auch separat ausgebaut und gefüllt werden. This JL Chave 2014 Hermitage Blanc is an opulent white wine from the Northern Rhône valley in France. Simply the best winemaker in Hermitage, the wines of JL Chave are bold, yet fraught with delicate finesse. The cépage here is made from a combination of 85% Marsanne and 15% Rousanne oaked in a combination of new and old French Oak for 24 months before release. Verbena, elderflower, and wild Chamomile flavours ooze from the bottle as you pop the cork open. It is a sign of great things to come. As you pour the golden liquid into the aptly large balloon glass, you will notice peach, apricots, honeysuckle, Fuji apples and white plum aromas come to life around you. The sip ends off with a giant gulp, as one can hardly resist the dry and creamy flavours of hazelnut oil and toasty brioche on the palate. Simply divine. Siamo in Trentino, provincia di Trento, nata nel 1960, è diventata il punto di riferimento per la viticultura nella Valle dei Laghi con i suoi 850 ettari e oltre 630 conferitori, con occhio al biologico e alla sostenibilità.🌱 . Sono molti i prodotti di questa cantina ma ve ne mostro solo alcuni!.. . 🥂Foll è Chardonnay in purezza coltivato a 250 m slm su terreni di ghiaia e sabbia, drenanti e capaci di dare sapidità e mineralità. Il mosto viene suddiviso in parte in acciaio dove svolge una breve fermentazione con macerazione a freddo, parte in anfore di terracotta dove rimane a contatto con le bucce per i successivi 7 mesi, parte in botte piccola di rovere francese in cui svolge la fermentazione malolattica. . 👁 + 👃 + 👅 = giallo paglierino carico e dorato, al naso si presenta complesso con sentori di pesca, pera, fiori bianchi, finocchio selvatico, eucalipto, pietra focaia. Acidità importante che lo rende di grande freschezza, minerale, scorrevole, nonostante laffinamento in legno risulta di piacevole beva. Molto lungo nel finale.🤩 . 🍇La cantina è nota anche per la “Nosiola”, una unicità anche nel nome che potrebbe derivare dal celtico “nos”, cioè “nostro”. Probabilmente, il nome di questo vitigno fa riferimento anche al colore nocciola dei tralci o al suo sentore di frutta secca. 🥂 Largiller è appunto Nosiola in purezza. Sovramaturazione in pianta, macerazione a freddo a contatto con le bucce e la pressatura soffice. Fermentazione in botti grandi di rovere dove il vino affina per oltre 6 anni prima dell’imbottigliamento!! Dopo quasi 7 anni dalla vendemmia il vino è finalmente pronto per essere commercializzato. Per questo motivo, il Largiller viene prodotto solo nelle migliori annate! . 🥂Vino santo di Nosiola, lunga maturazione sulla pianta, grappoli essiccati lentamente su graticci con sviluppo di muffa nobile, fino alla Settimana Santa. ❗️Swiss wine-making in crisis❗️ . It might not sound too shocking in the actual context, when the world’s leading companies collapse, but still: Swiss wine-making industry is at risk. . Big cellars and cooperatives have one-year worth stock of wine and refuse the production of wine-growers. For the latter, the situation becomes critical. Even some municipality owned and reputable cellars, like Domaine de la ville de Morges, seem to find it difficult to survive. . Reasons are numerous, from restructuring in the industry to decrease in consumption. But what is even worse, Swiss wine lovers seem to prefer wines from other countries. Ridiculous as it sounds, they are often way cheaper, in spite of export cost and transportation. . Numerous initiatives has been launched to address this issue, for example the movement Raisins de la colère (referring to Steinbeck’s novel - and they have a point there), asking for Confederation support. . Getting the issue visible is extremely important. But Direct democracy has its drawback - it is pretty slow. Is there anything WE can do TODAY? . Three simple things: 1️⃣ #drinklocaldrinkswiss No need to increase your wine consumption: prefer Swiss wines. Why investing in globalisation and climate change? . 2️⃣ Pay attention to small wineries and buy direct : not every wine maker has access to “grand distribution”. Chi ha assaggiato con me sa della mia attenzione al dettaglio in degustazione e confido di aver maturato una sensibilità e un briciolo di tecnica che possano permettermi di non limitare tutto al solo gusto personale (che resta un parametro imprescindibile per decidere di cosa andare a scrivere e di cosa no). Eppure la vigna resta il mio focus primario e capita sovente di soffermarmi di più nei vigneti che sui calici. Non so (e non mi interessa) se sono quelli che gira di più per vigne fra i comunicatori del vino e non credo che questo mi qualifichi o mi porti ad essere necessariamente migliore di altri, ma è semplicemente ciò che sento di fare e sono certo che se non avessi sviluppato una tale curiosità per lagronomia e per il sistema vigna non avrei ancora tutta questa voglia di ripartire, di viaggiare, di scoprire nuove realtà con i loro varietali, il proprio sistema di allevamento e la propria idea di conduzione agronomica. Mi è stato detto più volte che un degustatore tecnico può (e addirittura dovrebbe) evitare di farsi condizionare dalle dinamiche agronomiche, dalla conoscenza dei vignaioli e dei produttori a livello professionale e umano ma credo fortemente che la più importante qualità di chi vive il vino e lo comunica risieda proprio nella capacità di coniugare tutte le informazioni che si hanno su una determinata realtà (più se ne hanno e meglio è per me...) per comprendere a pieno quei vini in relazione alla loro genesi, mantenendo una salda e imperturbabile imparzialità. Senza pregiudizi o favoritismi di sorta. Lidea di limitare tutto al solo assaggio non mi appartiene. Ne comprendo lutilità in determinati contesti e capisco la scelta di molti di propendere per questo modus operandi ma, semplicemente, io ho scelto unaltra strada, forse irta e scoscesa come quella di questa foto ma di certo più adatta a me. Warm weather, fantastic view, good sound and sharing with champagne lovers across several European countries - a perfect way to discover the newest release of the Maison Dom Pérignon. ~ DP is for me the MVP of the freshman year 2010. Despite its lightly green color as you poor it into your glass, it opens up pretty well. The typical DP perfume released in the Riedel glass, hints of green apples, light buttery notes, orange peal and sweet pears coming through. Nice pronounced acidity and a quiet overwhelming sweetness, even though the dosage is held low with little more than 5g/l. A promising vintage that will be in my cellar real soon. ~ Sitting in between Swiss vineyards was a perfect location, it became an extraordinary set up for this champagne event and another graved memory in my young champagne lover life. El propietario del bar era familia de los antiguos propietarios de esta y más viñas. Los vinos se elaboran en la casa familiar de Gomariz en grandes cubas y después salían para Ourense y Vigo. Hace ya cinco años que la recuperé, conservando sus viejas cepas, sustituyendo las muertas y devolviéndole el esplendor pasado. Sigo trabajándola de forma manual, sin herbicidas, ni productos tóxicos. Con cubierta vegetal y cuidando los suelos según Fukuoka. Ahora parece una viña diferente y vuelve a estar viva.
