Det kan vara vanskligt ibland att prata om ”bra” eller ”dålig” musik. Jag tycker originalitet är viktigt, men i slutändan är vi ju alla barn av vår egen tid. Men om man utgår från den välanvända klyschan att allt är cykliskt, att allt kommer å går, då kanske det här med originalitet, med ursprung visst spelar roll. Jag är i alla fall sån. Hittar jag nåt som låter bra försöker jag nysta mig bak, hela vägen till den som gjorde det först. Det är inte alltid så, men det är fan ofta så att den musiken känns.. mer? Det är dags för en ny special. I veckans avsnitt reser vi tillbaka i tiden, givet resonemanget nyss till kanske den bästa eran av dansmusik. Den när dansmusiken i sig själv uppfinns och blir till. För i skarven mellan 80- å 90-tal, när termen techno ännu inte riktigt finns, när det fortfarande är musiker som gör musiken som formas å formateras medan den spelas in, i en tid utan regler, genrer å fack - utan några rätta svar, då skapas den allra bästa musiken, fri från ideal. Å kanske är det just det här som hörs, som kittlar, som gör att det känns mer. Tanken på att ingen annan hade gjort det eller hört det förr. Fan vad jag hade velat vara där! När Berlinmuren föll, när Europa tinade upp, när slutenhet blev till öppenhet, när livet började genomsyras av optimism. Å parallellt, kanske rent av i symbios utvecklas alltså dansmusiken å fest- å ravescenen blir till. Å som ett nav mitt i detta historiska skeende finns ett skivbolag från Gent. Som med många andra framgångssagor började med ingenting å så småningom blev störst, mest å vackrast.. å kanske också bäst? Dom kallar sig R&S Records. Dansmusikens främsta oberoende skivbolag. R som i Renaat å S som i Sabine, partners in life, partners in crime. Idag är det 30 år sen R&S på allvar slog igenom bruset och började rada upp hits. I sin lägenhet på 40 kvadrat som också är studio å kontor, där det alltid är folk som jobbar eller bor, skapas musiken som kommer att förändra dansmusiken för all framtid. Sen dess har det släppts omkring 700 skivor å jag har lyssnat igenom varenda en. I veckans avsnitt spelar jag mina favoriter å försöker berätta så mycket jag bara hinner av historien om dansmusikens Ferrari 🐎 - @samirzy on Instagram

Chicken biriyani eating process 🤪 Sunday biriyani has become a new tradition for us. As we both are chicken biriyani fans we go for it with out a second thought but we experiment with the flavours every now and then. So far we have tried kerala style chicken biriyani,tandoori chicken biriyani,butter chicken biriyani and routher biriyani which is other wise known as cooker biriyani. But the same recipe is never used again by us cause we keep alternating the amount of ingredients used or adding or eliminating certain ingredients that goes into the biriyani. We sometimes experiment with the rice that goes into the biriyani buy cooking it in chicken stock or sautéing the rice along ginger-garlic paste and other spices in ghee to give it that extra flavour.. This time I added some crushed mint into the chicken marinade which was then left in the fridge to marinate over night. The chicken pieces were fried and then added into the masala.. A pinch or two of turmeric was added to the rice for some colour. The results were amazing to say the least.
