But then she loved it, and became known for her creative performances. There’s lot she liked about dancing but she didn’t like the stigma.⠀ ⠀ Here’s her advice:⠀ ‘Just like any (kind of) dance, stretch first’, says Edie (and that goes for quarantine cam work.)⠀ ‘Listen to your body if it’s telling you not to push it too far that day.
