Among the many splendid photographs he took is the T.Rex Electric Warrior album cover at The Albert Hall, Nottingham May 14th 1971- taken the same evening shortly after Spuds backstage shot here of Marc & I.⁣ ⁣ God bless you, Spud. I wanted to do a big post of everyone I have loved this decade. But while finding photos I cried and remourned the close friends I have lost, cried due to the stress of a whole new year, and cried for me a decade ago. Remembering how it felt to believe yourself as an unlovable object at such a young age. My biggest regrets of the decade is pushing people away and being self-absorbed. But I saw a psych, found communities, came out countless times, learnt what love is supposed to feel like, learnt what recovery feels like. This year was particularly wack; moved out,figured out the gender thing, left an amazing relationship that met its end, tried studying again, travelled to the middle east and have made so many new friendships that make me feel comfortable and capable. I wont make resolutions, I will simply treat myself the way I wish 12 year old me was treated. As an impenetrable force who is made out of love 10 photos didnt capture everyone whos supported and loved me so have a picture of me in 2010 and 2020. I’m completely devastated by the loss of my lifelong friend and and musical comrade. I truly felt if anyone could beat this horrible Cancer, it would be Frankie. He was the toughest guy I’ve ever known. No fear in him whatsoever. I first played with Frankie in 1981. I’ll so miss our psychic connection on stage as a rhythm section. We shared a common love for Jazz Fusion as well as the mighty Led Zep and others which helped fuse this strong musical bond.
