Da der Mann dem Strafbefehl widersprochen habe, werde der Fall nun im Dezember vor dem Kölner Amtsgericht verhandelt. »Es geht um die Auslegung der Meinungsfreiheit«, sagte der Sprecher. Nach Auffassung der Staatsanwaltschaft ist das Verhalten des Mannes nicht davon gedeckt. Сестёр Хачатурян годами насиловал отец — жертвам грозит 20 лет Признайте дело сестёр самообороной» ⠀ Дело в том, что позавчера генпрокуратура утвердила сестрам Хачатурян обвинительный приговор по статье «Убийство по предварительному сговору» ⠀ И это. очень. плохо. ⠀ ⠀ …В 2018 году три сестры убили своего отца, который годами их насиловал, бил, не пускал в школу, держал в страхе ⠀ Активистки уже два года борются за то, чтобы признать действия девочек самообороной. Это даст им меньший срок или вовсе свободу ⠀ Для этого есть основания: в Пленуме верховного суда РФ написано, что самооборона — это не только когда тебя бьют, а ты в моменте защищаешься, но и спланированная защита от агрессора в ситуации делительного истязания ⠀ Например, если вас взяли в заложники, вы имеете полное право дождаться, когда террорист уснёт, сговориться с другими задолжниками и напасть на него, чтобы спастись. И это исключит вашу вину ⠀ Следствие идет уже два года. Экспертизы доказали, что насилие было, что психотравмирующая ситуация была, что все это повлияло на состояние девочек ⠀ То есть даже не только по здравому смыслу, но и по Пленуму ВС РФ — есть условия для признания убийства самообороной. ⠀ И даже были предпосылки, что все будет хорошо: дело возвращали из прокуратуры в СК с пометкой, что надо менять на самооборону ⠀ Но пришел новый генпрокурор и утвердил все обратно. Убийство группой лиц по предварительному сговору. До 20 лет лишения свободы. Вдобавок к и так искалеченной жизни. Родным отцом… ⠀ Помимо того, что девочек надо спасти, это дело знаковое и очень важное для всех нас. Ведь оно показывает: будет ли государство защищать нас от насилия. Ο αστυνομικός συντάκτης της επί τρεις ημέρες στηλιτεύει το εκφυλιστικό για τα χρηστά ήθη φαινόμενο, που δεν είναι άλλο από τις χαλκομανίες-τατουάζ που κρύβονται πίσω από το περιτύλιγμα στις παιδικές τσίχλες. Μέσα από μια σειρά άρθρων, ρεπορτάζ και συνεντεύξεων, αποτυπώνεται η σημασία που είχαν τα τατουάζ την εποχή κατά την οποία ερχόταν στον κόσμο η γενιά που σήμερα μπορεί να τα επιδεικνύει χωρίς το κόστος κάποιου κοινωνικού στίγματος. Ο συντάκτης του σχετικού αφιερώματος, επί τρεις ημέρες αγωνιά να πείσει τους ανυποψίαστους αναγνώστες ότι «μια νέα μορφή εγκληματικότητας ή τουλάχιστον εξοικειώσεως των ανήλικων παιδιών με τους στιγματισμένους από τα τατουάζ σκληρούς κακοποιούς εισβάλει τώρα επικίνδυνα στη χώρα μας δια της εμπορικής οδού». Αναφέρεται φυσικά στις χαλκομανίες-τατουάζ, για τις οποίες αμφιβάλει αν είναι απλώς «ένα πολύχρωμο παιχνίδι και τίποτα παραπάνω» και καταλήγει στο συμπέρασμά του με ρητορικές ερωτήσεις: «Σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες (Υγραίνατε δια σιέλου την επιδερμίδα σας και εφαρμόστε τη χαλκομανίαν με ελαφράν πίεση - ΧΡΩΜΑΤΑ ΑΒΛΑΒΗ) μπορεί πράγματι να μη βλάπτεται η επιδερμίδα των παιδιών, αλλά τι γίνεται με τις ψυχές τους, όταν αυτά απεικονίζουν σπαθιά και πιστόλια; Και ποια είναι η γνώμη των υπουργείων Δημόσιας Τάξης και Δικαιοσύνης που κατά τα άλλα υποτίθεται πασχίζουν να αντιμετωπίσουν την παιδική εγκληματικότητα;».
