Bom, claro que acontece muita coisa ao mesmo tempo, contração e alongamento de diversos músculos diferentes e convido você a ler um pouco aqui comigo sobre o que acontece de forma geral (não tudo, e sim o que principalmente acontece): . Primeiramente associamos a coluna não é mesmo? Em que contraímos diversos músculos que são responsáveis pela extensão da coluna como: Iliocostais, multífidos, quadrado do lombo, espinais e semiespinais e enfim....É importante ter essa parte muscular forte para conseguir realizar o Biellmann e uma boa mobilidade articular. . Além disso realizamos também o alongamento dos músculos flexores de quadril que possuímos como principais o Psoas maior e menor,ilíaco, sartório, reto femoral e vastos em que suas inserções são desde a coluna torácica até a tíbia. . Claro que acontecem mais contrações e alongamentos porém citei aqui duas vertentes que acontecem das mais decisivas para um Biellmann bem executado, arraste para o lado para conferir melhor a anatomia ☺️ Estou gostando muito de estudar mais sobre flexibilidade com o livro do Dr. @abdallahachourjunior!! Y de repente me encuentro en casa, en mi país. Las cosas no siempre se dan como nosotros queremos y hay que volver, tomar fuerzas y seguir para buscar una revancha. Fue casi 3 meses, que a pesar de las dificultades debido al covid 19, disfrute mucho, aprendí más y me llevo lo mejor de ésta experiencia. . Просматривая накануне фото с озера Сасык-Сиваш в Инстаграме, сомневалась что озеро и вправду такое красивое и розовое😅 Оказалось даже красивее👌🏻 Не единого фильтра не понадобилось, натуральная красота😍 Фантастические оттенки от ярко-розового до рыжевато-оранжевого воде озера придает водоросль Dunaliella salina, единственный микроорганизм, способный выжить в крепкой рапе. Она выделяет бета-каротин, который и окрашивает водоем. У меня дома кстати есть она в порошоковом виде, который иногда добавляю в смузи и каши. Очень полезная штука🔥 Сюда стоит приехать не только чтобы сделать красочные фото, но и чтобы устроить себе самые целебные, грязевые спа-процедуры. Грязелечение улучшает состояние при хронических заболеваниях кожи, опорно-двигательного аппарата, нарушении обмена веществ. Местный воздух богат йодом и полезен для страдающих болезнями легких🙌🏻 Захватите с собой пресную воду, чтобы смыть грязь. О продолжительности нанесения лучше проконсультироваться с врачом.‼️ Тк мы этого не делали, смыли грязь практически сразу! This open-air installation is a landmark of Los Angeles. Its located at the entrance of the LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) and is completely open and free to the public. It consists of 202 restored street lamps from the 1920s era which is pretty neat! If youre ever in the area, its a great stop to make, even if youre not visiting the actual museum. A year ago to the day, this photo was taken. I had woken up in Florence, one of my favorite cities, and we were running to meet up with a tour group for a day trip to Tuscany. The weather was perfect and it was the perfect first day of our Italian honeymoon I couldve asked for. I miss traveling so much this year, sometimes it really hurts. Travel is truly what makes me feel most alive, most happy, and satisfies my soul in ways few other things in this life can. Querida ciudad de Madrid, hoy te habrán faltado el chotis, los claveles, los mantones, el bullicio de la gente meneando los volantes de los trajes de chulapa, las gorras, los farolillos y las rosquillas (unas más listas que otras). Hoy los gatos miraban por la ventana, El Oso estaba solo acompañado del Madroño y la Pradera inundada del Paso Doble del Silencio. El año que viene volveremos a bailar Pichi sin salirnos de la baldosa para celebrar nuestra fiesta más castiza. Mientras tanto esperaremos ver de nuevo a la florista pasear por la puerta que ahora viste un lazo negro. Qué alegría que me enseñaran a disfrutar de esta fiesta madrileña en la que muchos nos acordamos de la Misa Castellana, los Isidrines y los nervios de la Zarzuela en la que la ilusión de dos profesoras se propagaba cada año por todas las clases.
