As I headed back to work last week, I stopped to reflect on life over the past few months. They have simultaneously given me both feelings of anxiety and joy, leaving me with new perspectives. As the world paused, the pace of my life slowed down too and I learnt to really appreciate what this time has given me. . Having gone back to work when my son was 10 months old, meant that up until the pandemic,I like many of us, faced the challenges of being a working mum, juggling both work and motherhood. It felt like time never stopped, but these few months changed it all. I was able to pause and was given the opportunity to do the things that I had never been able to do. From soaking in nature to having a conversation with my little man, without feeling the pressure of time. Really being truly present. I’ve learnt to be grateful for this precious time and it’s value. Il lago di Fiastra è un bellissimo lago artificiale, situato nella frazione di san Lorenzo a Lago del Comune di Fiastra, provincia di Macerata, a 685 metri s.l. m. allinterno del parco nazionale dei Monti Sibillini. In ogni stagione, nelle varie ore del giorno, sulle sue sponde e nei dintorni, si può godere dei meravigliosi colori della natura,ginestre, orchidee, biancospino , viole, primule … Numerosi sono i sentieri nelle zone circostanti, in particolare, Il Sentiero Natura , che costeggia il lato destro e che , per un tratto di 900 metri, è adatto ai disabili e il sentiero che dalla diga porta alle Lame Rosse , formazioni a forma di pinnacoli e torri derivanti dallerosione di agenti atmosferici. Le acque del Lago sono particolarmente limpide non inquinate e balneabili per questo, ottiene dal 2016 le 3 vele del Touring. Numerose sono le attività praticabili: escursioni a piedi ed in mountain bike, nordic walking, pesca, sport acquatici, vela canoa, pedalò, canoe , tiro con l’arco, attraversare il lago da una sponda allaltra con una teleferica presso il Parco Avventura sul Lago. - @delegazione_fai_macerata on Instagram
