PHILADELPHIA - ADOPT US Former fosters Toby and Chipper need a new home. They are not adjusting well with the resident cat and need a home together with no other cats. They have gotten along well however with the calm, senior dog. Just a little background on the boys. They were former fosters of mine. Taken in from a 69-cat hoarding job that my husband and I did. They are 2 of the 9 #happycamperkitties that we fostered. They were adopted into a loving home. Sadly, this past July, their mom passed away and their teenage sister went to live with family and was unable to take her cats. We found them a loving family in Philadelphia, but they are not adjusting to life with another cat in the home. Please share. We are desperate for these boys to find a forever home. Hanging plants are my jam. I have quite a few scattered about the house but these are definitely my favorites! ⠀ L2R *Lipstick *Arrowhead Plant *Hoya publicalyx *Neon Pothos *Pothos Njoy (?) *Cebu Blue ⠀ Journal : hanging plants dry out more quickly than other plants so I have to keep a close eye on these guys. Watering : The lipstick is a grocery market rescue. The poor thing was sopping wet when I brought it home about a month ago. I still have not watered it. 😳 I have another lipstick, I’ve had it for about a year and I finally feel confident with it. They’ll go drier than I thought they would. I water it every 10-14 days. The Syngonium is so happy hanging. It almost never loses leaves and always tells me when it’s thirsty. I’d say that’s every 7days. The hoya will not bloom! 😡 I’ve had it 3 years. I water it- rarely, probably not enough, every 3 weeks. The neon is the one I really have to be careful with. One day it’s happy and the next it’s dramatically droopy and begging for water. 💁‍♀️ diva! Watering every 7-10 days. The unknown little leaf variegated Pothos goes so so dry! And it thrives. So many people have problems with them and I honestly think it’s over-watering. I don’t know which one it is and after 4.5 years I don’t care 🤷‍♀️. Watering every ~14 days. Last, big ole Cebu Blue. Damn! This is one of my favorite plants in my collection. On the same schedule as the Neon. All of these plants are in original soil, except the Njoy/P&J. It’s been potted from a 4 to 6” into Fox Farms Happy Frog. This patient had an underbite, openbite and crossbite which are all probably the most difficult malocclusions to be treated in ADULTS and a lot of times it does require #jawsurgery to align the jaws 🤔. However, this patient got his #A+ smile WITHOUT going through surgery 👍Make sure to check out his unique expander that was used to correct the crossbite. It is an innovative design contains 4 miniscrews in the palate to help with the expansion in adult patients and save them from getting surgery. 3/06/20 — 9/01/20. 160lbs — 225 lbs, at 6’4”. 65 lbs of tissue added naturally over the course of a global pandemic, amidst a bounty of personal and professional ennui, discovery and revision, multi-week stretches of travel and uncertainty, and the seemingly eternal melee between my spirit and its demons. Let this be a reminder — your circumstances do not define you, your “constitution” is a self-authored fiction. We are what we do — not what we have done, nor what we want to do. A thank you to my coach @jmihalyfit for his guidance and oversight as I pushed my body day-in and day-out. Intensity is infectious and he synthesizes intensity-distillate through his pancreas. A great man to have in your corner and a tremendous mind for the sport. Additionally, I was charmed with the company of some of the brightest and most caring individuals that the sport of bodybuilding has to offer. We’re the sum of the company we keep and I owe everything to the knowledge, encouragement and unwavering belief of @kyle_wurzel, @luke_the_hulk, @justinmaki_ , @hunterlabrada and @btroianello.
