Suddenly, I began to re-read fairy tales, since childhood I didnt touch them. I don’t remember the plots, many details are “new” to me, and new associations come with them. I usually do analysis of works in a close friendly company, but sometimes I can share something here too 🙂 Alice in Wonderland has always inspired me, with its characters and such a hooligan absurdity. I decided to make an art, though I don’t even know how many I have on this topic, but this one is clearly not the last! Every time I shoot something from Alice’s world, its a whole story with a bunch of backstages 😃 Animated it a little, so it looks more interesting, by the way it’s not difficult at all if you use After Effects, I’ll can record a video with an explanation if its interesting for you. So we came to the point, I want to ask you what would be interesting for you to read. I want to know what my favorite audience is interested in, I have a lot of fun backstage stories, all sorts of tricks on the set, the techniques in processing, simple ones and more complicated, even in the animation I try a bit. Or maybe youre interested in what lives inside of me (well, except for the organs 😅), what the artist is sad about, where to look for the inspiration, what are the difficulties of working on freelance and how do I even earn money? Or can we philosophize about the sense of life and questions of the universe? Yes, Im a God damn fount of experience! 😃 Im usually not able to shut up in a conversation, but when I sit down to write, I don’t know what to write about. Help me to fix this, ask questions, write about what is interesting to know, and I will write about this in the following posts 😉 . . . Chadwick Boseman was an incredible artist who brought so much joy to so many through his art. His interpretation of Black Panther was an inspiration and influence to so many kids and especially to those of color. I remember reading so many stories of kids watching him on the big screen for the first time saying, “He looks like me! I‘m Black Panther!” If those stories didn’t bring a tear to your eyes I don’t know what will. His portrayal of Jackie Robinson, Thurgood Marshall and James Brown was fitting, a man approaching legendary status portraying legendary giants of real life. Well, his status is definitely cemented. Im so happy that the garden finally opened! This little decorative building in art nouveau style has been my target since we moved here. At first it was impossible to access. It wasnt safe. During wuarantine its been restored and itìs finally accessible! Lucky me... no one has yet found that the park is no longer locked. If it only still snowed here...Id be ready to get there in full 1990s attire. But when I was a child snow was something one could rely on, at least for a week, even here. Now...you get half a day and not all years. My mind goes to the fires. To those in the US and those in the amazonian forest. I havent taken a plane since my honeymoon. I try to avoid meat. I use my car once or twice a week. Having my laboratory in my home isnt easy to live with, and was a choice made also to avoid using the car. Yet I tend to feel hopeless. I know many do too. But I still do my best to recycle and repair. To use less. I am not perfect and I will probably not save the world. But I will be able to look at a child saying I am trying, I have tried. Remember: buy less, buy second hand, repair. I havent purchased brand new everyday clothing for years, probably.
